Yes, Appointed-hence the term Administrator. Imagine how bad things are with 200 million and how much worse it will get 30 years from now when we hit 400 million people.
You think the leaders will stop stealing and paying themselves the highest rumuneration in the world?
My emphasis on the appointment is that it might turn out to be UN governance by proxy irrespective of the person appointed being Nigerian or not.

Yes...ooo! Good idea. It will be like re-colonization and at last we would get good leadership. All this "Black is best" does not apply with Nigerians.

One person I follow on social media made a good suggestion too. Let me find their poster and add it here for our information.

This your idea plus the idea in the poster below will make Nigeria and other corrupt countries like DRC work.
From what you attached, I like the part of travel ban if they don't meet the minimum criteria. That will make the leaders to sit-up and work.
I can also relate it to school exams. The fact there is 50% mark for a pass is why most people study hard to move to the next class. Some people even forgo pleasures that surround the school environment. You can imagine the situation if there are no pass criteria.

But again, do we really need the 'International community' for this?
A nation that wants to progress can do this by passing it as a law. Any government that does this in Nigeria really means well for the country.

The United Nations should have a mandate to take over failed states like Nigeria. And appoint accomplished and successful Nigerians from diaspora as Administrators who will undergo comprehensive background checks to take over governance at Federal,State and Local government level. Nigeria has failed in all indices in it's responsibility to it citizens in the provision of electricity, security, portable water, sanitation, social security safety net since 1960.
The only people benefiting from Nigeria are the fantastically corrupt politicians who have looted $600 billion dollars since 1960. They are the only ones that have security and enjoy any kind of benefits in the poverty capital of the world.
I can feel your pain. And I agree that the politicians in power are far from the best the country has to offer. There are good politicians anyways, but the cost of campaigns, bribery and electoral irregularities make it impossible for them to be in power.

But to your topic:
- What will be their criteria of a failed state?
- Who will be the leader of such a country, people will submit CVs?
- Will it not override their stand, UN, on Sovereignty of a Nation?
- How about Activists tagging it as neocolonization?

So far that the electoral process depends on money and corruption, bad leaders will emerge.
To get good leadership, political officers should earn less.
In fact, teachers should earn more than senators. Do you know the outcome? Only passionate people will seek political positions, and not as a means to enrich themselves and their generations unborn.
These and more are my ideas, and if by God's grace I happen to be in that position of leadership, things will change.
We need to have a selfless leader, even the senate President can change things if he wants.

Hello... Sorry about your condition

Normally, for the first few years after menstruation begins, long cycles are common. However, menstrual cycles tend to shorten and become more regular as you age until you get close to menopause.

Although there are many causes of irregular menstruation, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and hypothyroidism are the two common causes of irregularities periods in women. But before we go further and for proper diagnosis, you can still provide answers to some questions..

Like how long does your period typically last? Is it longer or shorter than usual? Does the flow seem lighter or heavier than usual? Are you bleeding inbetween periods? Do you feel any pain with your periods? If so, describe. Have you experienced any changes in mood or behaviour? And are you suffering from any underlying health condition?

Getting answers to the questions really help in the proper diagnosis, and the right recommendation of treatment for your condition.

Now the issue im having is my fiance wants me to get pregnant before having our wedding inwhich im fine with but i jst dont know how to go about it. I dont know the type of test to run and the type of drugs to use to make my period normal.

Note: ive bin to the hospital and i was told its because im in my late twenties thats why im having irregularities.

Pls doctors in the house should come to my aid
Who sent you for a hormonal test?
Have you been visiting alternative medicine dealers, 'chemists', 'lab scientists' etc. ?
When and at what stage did you visit the hospital?

Jamb usually rescheduled exams for those that missed the exams due to one reason or the other after all exams have finished, so take a chill pill and don't let it repeat itself
Rescheduling exam can be due to some factors, especially if it's the examination body's fault or based on medical reasons (I believe) with evidence. Other things such as in Op's case I doubt warrants for a reschedule. It's good to give people hope, but not false hope.

Identifying ones centre, when clearly stated, is the responsibility of that candidate, not JAMB. It's unfortunate in her situation, I doubt if she can be rescheduled.

No, he won't.

This is standard procedure.

The immigration, customs etc are paramilitary outfits.

They have marching and call to order in their morning assembly before work starts.

You have to be physically fit to join.

This isn't a matter of if Trump has k-head and he applies, they will take him.
Ok.

If everyone traveling can be interviewed at the embassy, everyone can be tested.
It's not everyone that is interviewed. There are countries with visa-free policies. Moreover, if you already have a multiple-entry visa, you wouldn't need interview every time you are traveling.

Why not get tested before running?
That's another angle to look at it. But it will cost a lot to test everybody even without symptoms, coupled with the time it takes to get the result. Within that short period, a negative person may also contact the virus.

Maybe you didn't get it, what of people that want to travel to Nigeria?
Without the passport, they will be stuck in the US.

Imagine if truly the virus cannot survive in Africa, and they want to run for Safety, guess what? THEY CAN'T!
Travel › Re: Coronavirus: Nigerian Embassy In U.S. Suspends Passport Interviews, Biometric by Cmanforall:
They've seen excuse to avoid work and delay passport issuance.

Make sanitizers available at the entrance of the embassy
Give few people appointments per day (to avoid crowding and overcrowding)
Place warning and hygiene signs
Make a bold statement on your webpage and entrance to the embassy that reads 'If you have cough, catarrh, fever, please reschedule your appointment free of charge'
Possiblity to conduct video interviews to reduce time spent in the embassy for biometrics
The point is that there are measures to ensure passports are issued, even if at a slower rate.
Those guys coming still live in the US, the embassy staff still shop, so one way or the other there are points of meeting outside the embassy.

Covid19 is spreading quietly in Lagos, a Nigerian from the UK came back few weeks back and later tested positive for covid19- this hasn't been made public for whatever reasons, and this same man did a small get together/celebration for people in his area, now these people have symptoms of covid19, one of them called the covid19 response team and they asked her for her address which she declined saying she would be going to the hospital for tests. What sort of madness is that ? I'm legit scared right now cos I don't know how this country can handle this
shocked

This is a terrible situation.
But I'll like to know how many hospitals or laboratory centres have the diagnostic tool for COVID-19?
If she's planning to visit a hospital for a test, she might as well be spreading it to hospital workers and patients.

Pipeline vandalism is a steady source of income criminals in that area, even the police and soldiers are involved. Technology needs to be incorporated in pipeline monitoring. We can invent things like conductor strips that will run along the pipe na, any tampering will easily be noticeable and the exact location will be known also.
I guess all the ideas will need electricity.

A constant power supply in Nigeria will curb so many menace in the country.
