100k is not that big an amount just in case you think it is.

That part about selling used home appliances won't work IMO. First 100k won't furnish a shop for used home appliances and you won't start turning in profits soon since it's not a daily need item.

Start with everyday items that people buy all the time. If you can't sell what @ifyalways suggested, you can consider selling cooked food and soft drinks (but the cooking requires hard work).
If you're not cut out for that, consider cheap beauty products like hair braiding attachments.etc girls buy that all the time.
Don't go for the expensive ones. You don't want to have only two items hanging in your shop.

If the man actually wants more children all he needs to do is to stop using any form of protection when mating with the wife. Sooner or later, the good news would be announced.

We so much copy the western culture in this part of the world that we dont consider the consequences. Most European countries in the next hundred years would have no indigenous people. This is simply because they refused to give birth. Their economy is already been affected, reason for the acceptance of refugees and other asylum seekers. The aged are more than the youths and children put together. A case of a reversed triangle demography.

For these European countries, it is rather too late to reverse the population growth trend. China has realised this and has change the one child policy to two.

The fact of the matter is if you want to sustain your population give birth to 2, less than 2 will wipe you out while more than 2 will increase your population.

Population is power. The choice is yours.

You may claim you have no animosity towards her. But the fact that you entertain thoughts about her being into witchcraft shows that you do have such feelings which you aren't ready to face.
Since You're more likely to dream about stuff you suppress than stuff you act on and get rid off.
