It is mostly because you grow up seeing your father's relatives & people behave badly, selfishly and very entitled in your household. Your father's relatives are the ones who would usually visit empty handed and still pilfer things from your home like foodstuffs and clothing material. When they visit and go, you notice your fine fluffy body towel which you washed and spread outside is gone .

They are the ones who visit and sit or lay on the sofa with their feet up. Comandeering the TV, remote control and what channel to watch. When they live with you, they tend to be lazy around the house, not assisting with chores like washing the car or sweeping the compound. Their own is to eat, watch TV and waka about as they like.

Your mother's relatives & people on the other hand, visit with the little they can afford like oranges, yams, sweet potatoes etc. They are more respectful and helpful around the house with chores. They don't operate with that annoying sense of entitlement, this is our sister's house, the way a man's relatives operate with, this is our brother's house I can bloody well do as I please

Your mother's relatives endear themselves to you through their good conduct and deeds, while your father's relatives don't. Before you argue with me, think about what I have said, take the time to reflect and ponder upon it, and you will realize my post was either your reality as a child or an accurate analysis of this situation.

A man's relatives can be too entitled and selfish, especially when that man is rich, successful and doing well. Na that time dem go carry, blood is thicker than water, on their heads like die. They don't help the man pay bills in his house, but they feel very entitled to his money, help and every good thing in his home. Rather than work for their own success they make that man their second saviour and the goose who lays the golden eggs.

Why is that when women choose comfortability they see it as crime am not lazy I work very hard we share bills most of the time I pay the most ,I don't complain but I thought we could have wait and get things right before taking steps further ,life is dealing with both of us ,Do you guys know the worst part my husband can't think on his own unless they push him, have been complaining about his job since last year that he needs to talk to people or search online to get better opportunity he doesn't take me serious ,he keeps complaining his phone is bad I bought a new phone guys I was on his neck to download indeed LinkedIn etc before he did, he is so comfortable with managing life,he is not bothered or inspired or has vision of how he wants our family to be he just goes with the flow and take whatever life throws at him ,he is comfortable with us living in a room and having children

You lucky to get green dried leaves. The few African stores I know have their leaves dark except Southwest Farmers.

I don't buy bread from Africa store. Once I bought one, mold started growing on it after 2 days.
When I crave agege like bread, I head to Filipino bakery. The pandasal is so similar in taste and texture.

Hawaiian roll is good substitute too.

Pain in the leg can be as a result of DVT. Deep Vein Thrombosis. Its a dangerous silent killer. Many that slumps and die or die in sleep is caused by DVT. If you are an adult that experiences pain at the back of your legs please go for a test call ARTERIAL AND DOPPLER SCAN OF THE AFFECTED LEG OR LEGS. It is manageable with drugs if quickly detected.

Army, ukwa nkuli is when you just cook your breadfruit with only water. You don't add anything. Lots of water will remain in the pot after cooking. You will dish out the ukwa and the water and eat like that one I showed. We call it ukwa nkuli. The water alone will fill you up.

Of course, there are many other ways to cook ukwa. Even if you are preparing the other types, we still drain the water and put small ukwa inside for granny or dad.

Op just the same way i think like you. Well some women are capable to doing such cos no woman can be trusted. Attimes i think same way too cos for almost 5yrs have been married, I have never had sex with any other woman apart from my wife and for me, the only reason while am not doing adultery is because of the fear of God and nothing else. Attimes if such temptation comes or i see one fine babe, i go just overlook cos its the fear of God that controls my action. So with this , i cant say my wife has jazz me cos if i won knack another woman now now, i will do but the fear of God wont just allow me thats all.

I have married for more than ten years now. Most of my friends atimes do have side chicks(girlfriends). But I hardly think of any other woman let alone sleeping with them except my partner even when she gets me upset because of her sturbonnes and attitude that I got angry to stay away from her and not be in talking terms with her that may even warrant me to look for a sidechick(woman) to be with, yet I will not but will still come back to her to demand the thing.

At a point I begin to reason whether there is something she used on me that I should not look for another woman's face let alone tasting another woman's thing but must surely come back to her and know only her and no other woman can have access to me even when I am in a position to taste other woman's thing.
