You’ll notice a change of attitude in her as soon as she can decode that you’re in it for the long haul.

. She doesn't say she wants her space, but her actions. Her mum is also engaging her on house chores since yesterday. She accepted waiting for me but she is the type that need result in anything she is doing. I want to take a decision I won't be regretting. I don't want love or relationship to mess me up.
Sounds like she’s too good for you.
She knows what she wants but you’re afraid of being responsible and committed.

All the irrelevant details

Been from a royal root, I strongly believe that a prince should not sleep alone at night, so I always have girls around me but never get to love them, we have fun and it ends there.my Anty taught me how to use a condom (she is a nurse) so I never for once sleep with a girl without condom because I don't want a commoner to exchange blood with me unless I am to marry her.

The government they voted in. The same people who will scream on NL how leftist policies are to be condemned because they care more about homosexuality (people's private lives) than a (welfare/social security) system that ensures that people in need survive when times get hard and at the same time retain some dignity.
I agree with you but a lot of it is a result of mental slavery due to religion and archaic traditions. It’s hard to shake . They are victims.

Well there’s been talk about it for too long and folks weren’t seeing the money drop so they kinda lost hope it will go through .

And no sensible person has faith in Trump so I bet they will doubt it until that money is in their hands.

Don't need verification from here, have already checked and no, none of my people have received anything from the govt.
And they are legal migrants.
It’s starts dropping into accounts from today.

Unless those folks opted for checks. Then they might have to wait to receive it in the mail

So anyone who has 5000 Naira is exempted?
What’s kind of evil government is this?
What does 5k purchase in today’s market in Nigeria?
Can someone tell me please? Is it enough to cook for a whole family ? Maybe I’m wrong

Cococandy, come and settle quarrel here pls before somebody will bite off my head grin cheesy

Did Trump give una free money?
Starting today,
Each individual gets $1,200, Each couple gets $2,400
And there is added $500 for each child in the family.
So a family of two parents and two kids receives $3,400.

Exceptions are the families where combined income of the parents is over $198,000 for joint tax filers. Individuals that make over $99,000 are also exempted. Head of households who are the only breadwinners (I.e with a dependent spouse) making over $136,000 are exempted. There are a few more conditions but it benefits a good number of the population.

This is only a one time payment from what I understand so people aren’t that excited about it anyway especially those who are out of jobs because their companies are closed or their services aren’t considered essential at this time. It might help them out for two weeks but that’s it.

They have always had African food...started some years back. I think the current climate has push more sellers in. Pricey but okay. Some sellers are great with putting good groceries online. Takes long or never to get replies to your questions though. I like asking questions grin

They don’t want you to stay they don’t want you to leave grin
linearity:
Not true in all cases.

Some communities found out that, men have been using this to hold women down by making themselves perpetually unavailable to collect the bride price.

So in many communities, the woman only need to return the bride price to the traditional ruler of their community e.g. the King, the King’s mess angers now contact the man to come to the palace to pickup his bride price...irrespective of if he picks it or not, the marriage is dissolved according to native laws & customs.

Nothing will happen. Nigerians just like being superstitious.

Same way a lot of them say if you kill a duck that doesn’t belong to you,you must pay for it or bury it in a human way or else you’ll die or live a miserable life. grin

Africa is filled with useless, primitive, senseless and illogical traditions/customs.
Don’t worry I know all about our many superstitions but I’m asking ishi because she’s from there.

Snails. Ukwuani land.

I've never eaten snails, will never knowingly eat them. If one unknowingly eats them, you're supposed to induce vomiting. If you can't, you're to go for ceremonial cleansing.
If you don’t do any of those things, will anything happen?

Purely curious

Romance › Re: How Do I Tell Her To Go? The Lockdown Is Tiring Already by cococandy(f):
MadeBoy:
I'm a guy that likes my privacy reasons of my quality time to think and pray for hours. Because I face a lot of spiritual challenges. And my midnight prayers have been helping me. Most especially when I had a nightmare or anytime I woke up.

I will seal up my windows and doors while my AC is blasting high. And even when I raise up my voice it doesn't come out.

The government just extended the lockdown which is tiring. She came to my house and doesn't want to leave. I have so many debts on my head now and my yearly house rent is expiring soon. This is the period I need to be alone in prayers. The little I have now I am using it to take care of her which I would have uses for myself to prolong the suffering during this lockdown. Branch and carbon are sending me SMS to pay my loans.

My apartment is so cussing, chilling and so comfortable more than her house by far. Maybe reason she doesn't want to go. She will be disturbing me and dragging remot control with me. When I am watching TV she will just change it to nollywood drama.

I do want her to be coming and going. Not just to come and stay like she is doing now. I'm not use to this type of life unlike some of my friends.

Outside of all this, I do not see future with her just normal control things..

I have not been able to leave the house or do other personal private stuff.

I need her to go maybe coming on some weekends or when invited.
@bold, if you tell her this, she will stop coming.

Most of you want to eat your cake and have it.
You want her coming and going and performing wifely duties while you know deep down that you have no intentions of having a future with her. You’re afraid if you tell her the truth, she won’t be readily available to you anymore.
So you’d rather string her along.
