There’s is no reasoning with them I just keep trying dominique: You're trying o, me I've given up on these people a long time ago. Most of them were raised in dysfunctional homes where their fathers kicked their mothers around like floor rags, that's why they see assault on a female as a norm and are quick to justify it.
They keep saying show must have been rude or disrespectful and deserved the assault as if there are no rude men out there. I've seen rude, extremely RUDE disrespectful Nigerian men around. I wonder if these guys are not seeing these rude men or it's perfectly ok to be rude and disrespectful as a man. |

Tell it. Her tone is even condescending to the poor guy Fountainofyouth: She is a selfish, self centered, arrogant human, if you want to be only a career woman in all your existence, fine, why drag a man into marriage then regret having a son? And then you come on SM and gloat about it with no remorse or feelings, she doesn't love her husband, she only loves the fact that he loves and adores her, she doesn't love her son, she only takes him everywhere because she sees it as a duty of a mother, she is a heartless soul,
P.S she is not a feminist, feminists care about other people equally as them, this one has "only me matter" syndrome. |

She’s not my definition of a feminist. A feminist should understand equality and that at its core, it’s about fairness to all parties involved.
She got married to someone who wanted to be married knowing very well that marriage wasn’t for her. She promised him commitment that she wasn’t ready to give. She failed to disclose her goals to him to make sure he’s on the same page before saying I do. Now she’s making him pay for her decisions as if he agreed in the beginning.
And it’s not just the actions but the way she’s going about it. One question I have for her is whether she would be thrilled if the tables were turned. If not, then she can’t call herself a feminist.
I’ll probably be a student for life. sacrificing family time and all what not get to my career goal but I made sure I married someone who was on board from the beginning before saying I do. |

I prefer them blended But that rice looks yummy theButterfly: LOL. Yes, I chewed them whole like that. Cooked garlic isn't as pungent and spicy as raw. But I'm probably used to the taste b|c I do eat raw garlic often, like I'll just peel 2-3 cloves and pluck them in my mouth. They go really well when sliced and sauteed w| butter too. You should give them a chance if you're not a fan of them, lol.

From my observation actually you and most people like you just assumed the lady spoke rudely to him. without even knowing that, you assume it to be true. Because she’s a woman she must have been rude. Why stupid assumption but you are all comfortable making it. loomer: We can't just say it's the bank, could just be a general network problem (telecom).

tabithababy: Mtcheeeeeew
You were not beaten very well as you still had time to snap, record and video
Did you tell him you were gonna make transfer before the trip davillian: Nigerians are good at spoiling things. Since she knows she doesn't have cash, she should have told the driver from the start. ATM plenty for those axis she would have asked the driver to stop her at an ATM point. Skiilashi: If I see the driver,I will dash him more money and declare beer for him.
There is no case here. The e-hailing policy is very clear; Cash or card.
Most of this ladies think they sharp.
I carried two ladies some time back, wen we got to thier destination, one of the lady said she was going to do transfer. I told her the policy is cash or card,I can drive you to an atm for free since I have ended the trip.she said no.
I gave account number and she said she had done the transfer. I did not get the alert. I waited by her gate for almost 30mins,alert did not come. I called her ,and she sent me an evident of transfer. I looked at it very well ,it was different from the fare charged. I decided to call her again, but this time she was not picking my call again.
I went to the gate man and told him that I wanted to see the ladies,I dropped, that they are yet to pay me. To my surprise, the gate man said I should go to the reception,it down on me that ,the place was a hotel without any signage. I went to the reception and begin to para.
They called the ladies,as the ladies are coming down,I got an alert on my phone after one hour.
I showed the people around the true alert I got and the fake evidence of payment she sent to me earlier. The difference was clear.
They think it is easy to be driving from morning till evening come dey do charity
I thank the driver well well.
The policy is clear;
CASH OR CARD!!
Any other methods of payment is at your own risk OdefaGirl: Well... Dear lady, you should have discussed the mode of payment with the driver from onset and probably do the transfer while on transit so that by d time you get to ur destination, he would have received it. Secondly, what's the G-string picture for 'coz I didn't even see any injury anywhere on that particular picture. For d driver, education is important... Not every woman be ashawo and u could have just checked your phone to confirm, than all these nonesense... You even had d fuel to drive them around. And d police.... Hopeless set of people... Though not all shaa ashantitope: You are seriously crazy somebody that is up to your father took you from ur destination to your last bus stop now you want to scam him and you think we should pity you here it not today that you people have been winning this Uber guys I think he win you this time and there is no reason for him to beat you and also take you to station because he k ow he will loss the case so stop lying femliany:

manner of approach matters. We all need too learn it. It was just a case of stubbornness, arrogance & proving a point. I'm sure if she had taken her time to explain better or nicely, the driver will have given her a benefit of doubt especially being a lady but she felt he's just an ordinary driver and ain't worth it. so niqqa wanted too prove who the real boss was. Still none of that warrants the violence and assault. Most of you just accept violence as a way of life. In what world is a delayed transaction equivalent to assault and battery? I can’t even with you people |

Only a Dangote level of man can pay me what I’m worth if I decide to put my career on hold for 3 decades in order to “raise the children and tend to the home”. Not when his hands are not broken and he can equally join in raising the kids and tending to the home. Lord have mercy. I respect (bordering on fear) women who chose this option knowing full well that when or if things go south, stories will start flying and you getting your fair compensation will be dependent on the judge and the level of progress your society has made. especially in countries where the judges order 10,000 Naira ($30) monthly upkeep for 2 children . I think I’ll just respect myself and just keep working. |

A goat is more reasonable than you emmaodet: Funny how people thinks a man marrying down is easy also. The only difference is that men are more reasonable than most women. The are better managers when it comes to spouse picking. Every excuses a woman sees in picking a man down are still the same excuses men will see and overlook. Like been insecure and regularly checking his phone, liability, bringing the woman up by tushing her up despite the fact that there is a 50% chance the woman will cheat or leave him if things go south. But when it is a ladies turn, all she will see are the negative side of the man - how he will be cheating, insecured, blah blah blah blah Tbh women don't know what is called love, what they called love is money first, then love will come |

It’s ignorant to think abortions cause infertility. It’s very very rare for abortions to cause infertility. Why y’all keep parroting stuff like this as if it makes sense baffles me. STDs on the other hand is on the top of the causes of infertility. The typical naija man who celebrates his sexual conquests like it elevates his person should be suspect whenever issues of fertility arise. Most of you are empty barrels incapable of making babies because of myriads of stds that have rendered y’all sterile. But your egos won’t let you accept this. lilmax: this generation women really destroyed their body

Family › Re: Men Who Insist Their Fiancee Get Pregnant Before Marriage by cococandy(f): 8:13pm On Jun 22, 2019 |
A Typical naija man who is set many of bad traditional beliefs is a disaster to any woman. They won’t listen. dominique: Similar thing with one of my in-laws. The man she was dating gave her same condition but she couldn't conceive and had to end the relationship when she was approaching 30 and started dating someone else. She went on to welcome her first child within her first year of marriage.
I read a rather pathetic story on Facebook where a lady was given same condition and she came to seek advice. She recently started a high praying job that mandated female employees not to get pregnant within one year of employment. We all chorused the same advice "DON'T TRY IT!" A man that truly loves you will never give you such condition and put your career at risk. She eventually succumbed to the pressure from the man and his family and got pregnant. Unfortunately for her the pregnancy was a very difficult one and she was sick a lot, she ended up losing the job. When she told him that she has lost her job, he told her point blank that she's of no use to him anymore and he can't afford to feed two extra mouths without income coming from her. She called his mother who appeared sympathetic at first but after some time, the mum stopped picking her calls. As at the time she came back to the page to give feedback and ask for advice again, she was almost due, no job, no money, no husband.
I hope your sister doesn't learn the hard way that succumbing to ridiculous condition by a fiancee does not guarantee marriage or a happy one for that matter |
