Nisiw365: Not others like you because of adetokunbo lol. State of origin is where your father comes from. Thats the most important fact. So your own opinion doesn't matter The most important fact is who the person will choose to empower when he sees people from his dad's side or people of his mum's side. |

Nisiw365: My mum and dad are Yoruba's. Just telling you facts. If only my mum is Yoruba, then I'm definitely not Yoruba. I may be more closer to my mum side but that doesnt make me Yoruba And I'm telling you once you're born of two different ethnic nations you're more of a chameleon because you can be for either side. If both your parents are of the same ethnicity then your current girlfriend or wife is of a different ethnicity. |

Nisiw365: Continue deceiving yourself because of your low self esteem. All over the world, you are from your fathers tribe. If yemi alade or whatsoever loved her mothers side more than her fathers. She should put her mothers surname instead okay
So far your surname is Yoruba, then you are Yoruba I see your problem. You're a product of parents from 2 different ethnic nations. |

Nisiw365: Stop sounding like you are slow. There's nothing like 0.75 0.25. If his father is yoruba, then he is Yoruba. Same with yemi alade
You had to invent ratio to his tribe because of your inferiority complex
Ps: davidos mum is edo not igbo People are more connected to their mum's side so keep deceiving yourself.. Like someone said on this thread yemi aligns more with Igbos than Yorubas. |

Nisiw365: Did davido call you personally to tell you that? Or the usual beer parlor gists His grandmum was Igbo making is dad half Igbo half Yoruba then his mum is Igbo which makes him at least 0.75 Igbo and at least 0.25 Yoruba. |
Sports › Re: NBA: MVP Antetokounmpo To Visit Nigerian, Set To Trace Roots by codemaniacs: 7:00pm On Jul 23, 2021 |

Sports › Re: NBA: MVP Antetokounmpo To Visit Nigerian, Set To Trace Roots by codemaniacs: 6:55pm On Jul 23, 2021 |
Boudiccao: Yemi always align herself to Igbos more than Yoruba. Yemi just like Ugo and Ifeanyi Adeleke are products of both and you have no right to erase their ancestry just because they have a Yoruba surname. Anybody that is a product of both end up representing both. So chill and stop stressing over Igbo/yoruba descendants. People have to stress themselves over such descendants because if someone like yemi alade or davido gets a State government appointment they will empower more Igbos than Yorubas. |

khadaffi: @the bolded, it is foolish for anyone to say that in 2021. This goes to show the type of leadership we have in Nigeria. On the contrary to what you wrote, it is your foolish leaders that fool you to believe Nigeria is the richest country. One of them even said a while back that Nigeria has money and the problem is what to spend it on.
Now I'm surprised that with the level of your education you can spew such nonsense about Nigeria. How do you know a rich country? Standard of living, GDP, what the country produces to sell or services rendered etc. Please your rich country, what does it produce? I'm not sure you goggled the wealth of equatorial guinea before typing that nonsense.
Nigeria does not produce anything. I mean nothing to sell to the world. The only thing we have is crude oil and agricultural products. Now for crude oil, google the amount of money generated from crude oil in Nigeria annually and check our expenditure annually and tell me how that looks rich. The other products we have is Agric but the world are not interested in buying agricultural products from Nigeria even if we develop the sector. The reason is that Nigeria does not have a good reputation plus we a don't have monopoly in that area. Most agricultural products we can sell is also been sold by the Asians. And because of the Asians humility the world prefers to do business with them.
Please tell me again how Nigeria is rich. Do we have a high GDP ratio, a good standard of living or do we produce anything valuable to the world. That your politicians steal big does not mean you're wealthy. Go back and read, you will discover that majority of what your politicians steal are borrowed money. From dasuki to grass cutter, etc . They all stole money approved by the Senate. You're entitled to your opinion.. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: UK Sanctions Teodoro Obiang, Equatorial Guinea's VP, 4 Others Over Corruption by codemaniacs: 9:23pm On Jul 22, 2021 |
khadaffi: Are you even seeing the countries been mentioned here? You are talking of Nigeria. Who know Nigeria? Equatorial Guinea is far richer than Nigeria so you can imagine the magnitude of corruption been spoken of here. What you have in Nigeria is a case of a broke country who can't even afford anything including payment of salaries to the extent that they have to borrow for any major project. It is after borrowing or when borrowing that the major corruption in Nigeria occurs. That is why you keep hearing of Nigeria borrowing here and there. An example is the Dasuki case. But we have more in Buhari regime. But the magnitude is not as in Equatorial Guinea right now in 2021, Nigeria is the richest country is Africa... and its also because of the same U:K that Nigerian leaders have to let you believe that Nigeria is poor.. compare the annual budgets of South Africa, Egypt and other big countries in Africa to Nigeria's annual budget and when you notice the huge difference then your brain should tell that tens of billions of dollars is disappearing from Nigeria every year... the kind of gap that S.A and Egypt's annual budget gives Nigeria's annual budget is not normal even with Nigeria's inflated population.. |

Maybe the sanction is not meant for Nigerian leaders. Unclebright20: Please OP when will they sanction Nigeria for their numerous crimes and lotting. the U:K can never ever sanction Nigeria... they don't have the balls to do it... they can only say on Tv what the people of Nigeria want to hear like the scripted "Nigeria is a fantastically corrupt country" they did some years back.. lereinter's and Boudiccao's post below is the answer... and if you can't understand then research on the amount of british owned companies in Nigeria who send billions of pounds back to the U:K.. As it is right now its Nigeria that can sanction them... In fact even the whole of Africa can sanction some of the biggest countries in E:urope that's one of the major reasons they invest in weapons and military development and when I say sanction I mean revoke the licenses of the companies they own in Africa and see If they won't send the U:N and other mil:itary coalitions like they did against g:haddafi. lereinter: They won't look into nigeria own cos the guy is denying UK an huge chunk of the loot
He's mainly looking at france etc Boudiccao: But cannot sanction Buhari and his cabals over terrorism, corruption, bigotry and Impunity.
Britian is in bed with this Fulani govt because of their stakes and interest in Nigeria. I keep telling people Britian and their selfish interest and their desperation to keep Black people underneath them is the sole reason Nigeria has not disintegrated. |

TheGoodJoe:
I for one is someone who believed that we should separate sports and politics. However, the action of that man with he Falcons gave me a new insight.
Throughout history, sports and government have intertwined.
A good example is the American government trying to get Mohammed Ali to support the war against Vietnam and Mohammed Ali said, THEM KONGS DID NOT CALL ME NI()A.
I think we should recognize that destruction from an evil Government will still rain on sports lovers too. you don't understand Nigeria's situation and most of Africa's situation, from ends:ars and all the protests, killings, destructions that have happened the bri:tish have helped to sweep such protests, destructions, killings under the carpet.. no amount of protests will make the leadership structure in Nigeria change because of indirect rule which means all our presidents are "anointed" by the british and also protesting against the gov:t is protesting against democracy and they ( brit:ish and the U.N ) are against anyone that is against democracy. the destruction will only rain on sports lovers if sports lovers also start protesting... Lagos was peaceful before ends:ars turned to anarchy and chaos because the govt sponsored thugs hijacked it and started causing chaos which opened the doors to more violence... the same happened in South Africa, protests turned to looting and violence... In Africa, especially black African countries the protests will always turn violent and looting, killings will occur because that's the best way to discredit the protesters. who else will want to discredit protesters other than the sitting govt and the people who created the system of govt Nigeria is currently using.. the best thing to do like I said before, is to ensure your community, or state is peaceful and thriving and also attacking and arresting people that kill innocent people in your state or community.. the concern should be your state or community not the whole of Nigeria because you want improvement does not mean other people also want improvement, some people only bring destruction and unrest and that h:ausa man is only encouraging unrest and destruction and that's how you should see it but its not my place to tell you how to see things.... please let's stop this, this is a sports thread, it has been derailed enough.. |

forgiveness: When do one needs to inform or get police approval to protest?
Countries laws varies. Can you please confirm if that is the case in Austria? Where it will be termed slander?
He didn’t damage anything. He only told them not to represent Nigeria. If you paid attention in University especially in Nigeria . There is a course called business law that teaches the basics of law to students not studying law.. When someone verbally abuses you it's called slander . When someone writes or types a document abusing another person it's called libel. If someone charges at you or makes threatening hand signs towards you it can be termed threat to Life. If someone presence makes you uncomfortable then you can charge the person with misdemeanors. Which is also part of the laws the ha:usa man broke. These are general laws globally. |

forgiveness: Now let us look at it this way.
If that man verbally assault the ambassador of Nigeria in Austria, what will you call it?
Will he be jailed?
Ipob and omkri have protested at many embassies. Why happened to them?
Look from a personal angle to a public and political angle. It will be called slander when the ambassador decides to press charges. Yes he will be jailed. Threat to Life can also be used against him. Ipob and omokiri inform police before they protest in any country and the protests are just a group of people carrying placards and not destroying public property so they can't be arrested or deported but I can assure you their pictures and data are in database somewhere in that country. |

forgiveness: I said he used F words but it’s still not assault because he is protesting against the government.
Remember, they are on official duty representing the government that sponsored them and not on personal duty hence can’t be seen as an assault. it is a verbal assault.. learn to accept when you're wrong and another person's point of view and stop trying to discredit the other person just because you believe your opinion must be superior to the other person.. this is one of the reason's for the b:uhari's bad governance and the ha:usa man misplaced outburst.. Nigerians and a lot of people spend most of their time trying their best to discredit other people that they don't achieve anything useful.. imagine having such behaviour and also been a ji:hadist, religious and ethnic bi:gotry combined, such person will never achieve anything.. if you ever become a governor you'll spend your time in office discrediting, blaming and castigating the previous administration and also the people you govern.. |

First of all, I am a southerner. Akwa-Ibom State for a fact. I am saying the people are defenseless. Two robbers with AK-47 riffles held down a police force in America for 44 minutes. Let alone 20 of them. The cutlass and knives are literally a joke.
If you are talking of locally made guns, then that can be a start. However, it takes a government willing to stop the killings to help tackle it.
My suggestion is local police force in the areas of high-risk. Arm them to their teeth and watch them take out these bandits. Unfortunately, I doubt the government is willing. no one is defenseless. it takes a group of people or even one person to stop the killings to help tackle it and at worst it takes a state government and not the federal govt willing to stop the killings to help tackle it. you expect a federal government filled with j:ihadists and non-efik non-ibibio to become willing to stop killings that they believe is the will of the God they are worshiping.. You lack ethnic consciousness.. A person from Akwa-ibom state should only be concerned about Akwa-ibom and Akwa-ibom people and how the Akwa-ibom diaspora ( people from Akwa-Ibom living outside Akwa-Ibom ) are doing... note: I am not saying you should be anti-nigeria.. you can be pro-akwa-ibom and still not be anti-nigeria... |
