Yes o. And FG cannot open their books to see how they expend what's Caesar's but want to regulate what God's. They will still join ASUU to demand more money.

Zulum d good governor
El Rufai wont like this
An institute named after the man who couldn't do his job. It tells us a lot.

The insurgency is a scheme to draw a parallel between ND amnesty while advancing the core northern agenda of domination. They wipe out minority tribes and settlements to simulate insecurity while demanding development.
It is meant to make it look so much like the ND struggle.

Buratai knows this and his hustling to be immortalized instead of doing what will earn him a genuine immortalization. He knows they struggle is simulated and isn't one to be won but exploited.
Politics › Re: Zulum Inaugurates Tukur Buratai Institute For War And Peace To Overcome Insurgen by CodeTemplar: 7:58am On Aug 28, 2020
This whole insurgency thing is a big set up.

To start with, the insurgency begin after Yar' Adua gave greenlight to ND amnesty and has slowly metamorphosed from a religious right/secession struggle into one for poverty alleviation and development just like the ND own.

It is an attempt at further transferring ND wealth to developed the north.

I make no sense to reject the foundation of development - education, in exchange for the fruits of education - development. It is big contradiction.

Next is pig market in a mosque.

When you entrust a nation in the hands of folks who have their soul tuned with cattle, what else do you expect.

FG that cannot regulate the finances of ASUU and federal schools want to step into private affairs and regulate it on behalf of the voluntary followers of Christ.

The role of an uninvited third party is the registration the church did with them. After all Jesus didn't register His ministry with the government of His days.
Can a church issue a valid marriage certificate without being registered with the govt. The govt forced them to register with them and so it is wrong to now target them with harsh laws.

You can use your money to establish a bank, but once you start receiving deposits for m outsiders and members of the public, you are expected to be regulated by SEC, CBN, NSE etc.

If you have a church or mosque in your house, for members of your family but you don't receive donations or gifts from members of the public, your books are not expected to be made public.

UBA foundation, MTN foundation, Leventis Foundation, Dangote Foundation, Ford Foundation etc are charitable Organizations they receive donations and gifts from Businesses and members of the public for worthy causes like Health, education, Science, environment, philanthropy etc and their books are open.

Most of the orthodox Churches like Anglican, Methodist, Baptist, Catholic etc have in house mechanisms for corporate governance and accountability, which made it to separate the Pastors assets from the Churches assets.
What about market groups or social groups who receive cash contribution? Do they also need to be monitored. What about husband and wife with project account? I guess they all come under the category of forced contribution too like you like to paint the church.

My only problem is where a church can be taken over by unknown persons without recourse to court or right to fair hearing

Every other item is proper, church shouldn't be run as private business
No one is forced to remain in contact with the churches so why can't they run as private entities.
