Politics › Re: Weekend Digest On Atiku Abubakar. The PTDF Case - Atiku Robbed Nigeria. II by CodeTemplar: 5:00am On Oct 28, 2018 |
Atiku may be a thief but let's not forget in a hurry how Abacha, Buhari's long time coup ally, monopolized stealing via dictatorship and help grow the economy(especially the northern economy) speedily. Buhari should strengthen EFCC to be strong enough to go after all thieves so they can stop Atiku in the future, that's what we need and not the one-sided anti-corruption war we are seeing. EFCC has now been downgraded into a party vendetta and politics. |

Asu015: But u have secret societies planning massacre on muslims The biggest secret society that plans murder of others I know is islam. Once u are in no going back till you die. You are forbidden from associating with 'jews'. They seek to plant one of theirs in power always. They take over public properties and promote their religion with it. They are open to drugs. They sleep with children just like dark cults. And most importantly, they are permitted to kill so no need to plan much. I hope your brain gets resettled when you read this factual piece. |
Webmasters › Re: Why Do Nigerian Webmasters Lack Creativity? by CodeTemplar: 9:27pm On Oct 27, 2018 |
OP may not realize the impact of a more advanced and sophisticated theme for a site like Nairaland.
Nairaland is a site with impressive traffic figures and extra 5 or 10 KB of page size alone will likely translate to slower load time for pages, extra bandwidth, and huge mobile version pages sizes.
assuming the total page views/loads for a month is 10 million. then an extra 10 KB per pages resulting from theme upgrade will likely lead to around 100GB upload bandwidth per month. That is a lot ( though a guess figure ) . |

Ihedinobi3: I'm glad that you agree. However, I must clarify that I don't believe that we believers can ever be free of suffering and poverty in this life. The sense in which our place in Christ is secure is in the sense that we are secure from God's condemnation. You mean the devourer is no longer active? I laugh in megabytes. |

LamidiCownu: The same Osun that is more productive than your 5 red mud land Pro-wetin? I laugh in megabytes. 1. I am from Osun 2. Osun isn't productive otherwise a dip in oil earning wouldn't have exposed the state to such suffering 3. I am guessing the 5 red mud states you are targeting are the SE states. In my opinion they all are quit productive, especially Anambra and Abia. 4. Osun state is in the some smelly sh.it financially and that was my concern for Nigeria. |
Politics › What Are The Key Plans Of Presidential Aspirants For These Pressing Issues? by CodeTemplar(op): 9:00pm On Oct 27, 2018*. Modified: 2:50pm On Oct 28, 2018 |
Nigerians are known to react to pressing issues on social media always but when election time approaches we hardly seek the opinion of top candidates concerning these pressing issues. This pattern has made it far too easy for leaders with sectional interest to come on board and manifest their corrupt tendencies. For this reason I am opening this thread to help articulate pressing issues I feel presidential candidates need to take a clear stance on.
Some of these issues are : Herdsmen / farmers clash PIGB Federal character principle Education funding and corrupt learning institutions The NNPC underperformance issues. Corrupttion Restructuring Food security Diversification of economy from crude sales Boko Haram Police ND oil clean up Debt management Agricultural plan Health sector plan Power sector plans Ease of doing business |

gentleibraheem: Muslims. ! . Muslims!!. Muslims!! The stories we get to hear about Kaduna crisis are been told by Christians who were saved my true Muslims. Can someone tell us about the Muslims that got stuck in the southern part of that state ?? Nobody hears thier voice . Most of these crisis are been started by them but you only get to hear about the people killed by so called muslims That's cos Muslims operate like a secret cult. They don't share any info that will make non Muslims look good. |

Thank you OP. Alcohol diminishes ones strength and smoke clearly kills like pollution but peer pressure won't allow most folks live their lives freely.
Advanced nations that care about citizens are known to estimate the financial losses of smoking and drinking habits to their workforce or labour force. They even tax these goods more to compensate for losses the consumers bring their economy. |

AtoningBlood: Marvellous God, miracle working God.
What we hear most time in church these days is give give, not the teaching of God's word, reason why sinners remain in their sins, the captives remain in their captivity and the sick remain sick. I think this is a case of "he who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet" and strong faith in Jesus coupled with spiritual strength or strength of the spirit man. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Pastor W.F. Kumuyi In Russia Then The Unthinkable Happens! by CodeTemplar: 7:40am On Oct 27, 2018 |
Her faith made her whole and not just the pastor Kumuyi connection here. What people don't understand most times is that the miracles of Jesus in the bible mentioned involved faith of those healed or those standing in the gap for the healed. The generation we have today is one that wants Jesus to work on them without faith. They erroneously think Jesus is some kind of babalawo.
Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Faith is meant to be built. Strength also is meant to be built. |

Celebrities › Re: Adetutu Alabi Featured On BBC!! The Rihanna's Connection (video) by CodeTemplar: 7:39pm On Oct 26, 2018 |
NwaAmaikpe:

What is her merit to be featured on BBC? Does she even have a degree? How learned is she?
BBC keeps making a laughing stock of Nigeria. They feature technocrats, inventors and exemplary scholars in other countries. I won't be surprised if a unique body odour won't be another person's shot to fame. We've still not gotten over the fvckery of Olajumoke oni bread, now this one whose face is carved like an idol.
Tribal marking is a barbaric culture which BBC and Rihanna must not encourage or promote. I also pray this girl does not get the international modelling job she so desires before the world will wonder what type of a people we are.
This here will make her the most famous tribal-marked person and featuring her on BBC will inspire more parents to mark their children. Shame on you BBC for doing this to Nigeria. You so afraid this happens where u come from abi? |
