greyham: That area belongs to Cameroun. It was part of the area Germany gave the British post world war 1 also called Anglophone Cameroun and they controlled that region from Eastern Nigeria during the colonial period.
The evidence is there, read up But our unity was suppose to be "nonnegotiable". |

asuustrike1: Public university graduate although not all erroneously assume all private university graduate are favoured because 1. Their lecturers are envious of seeing them do better 2. That some private universities grade their students high to attract more customers. Hence when they meet one or two students from private universities who fumble, they conclude they know nothing I wasn't saying NUC covers primary and secondary schools but suggesting there should an equivalent body for primary and secondary schools so they can regulate what goes on in those schools. Private universities get external examiners from time to time and that van be replicated in primary schools. |

I believe u are referring to the passage in proverb where it says " as a man thinketh so is he" The verse is talking about the way the thoughts of your mind and heart defines your good/bad status. It doesn't mean you can think to override Gods laid down order. If your explanation was true it will be possible to think yourself into wealth or health or even famine. Good remains good and bab remains bad. |

hisgrace090: Private school escalation is the course. That's bad but true. The foundation of such problem can only be the usual suspect - money. School isn't a profit giving business or profit oriented business. That's why most big ministry subsidize their schools or charge high. Private owners see this and believe they can make profit and when profit doesn't come as expected they do funny things. |

How true is the above comment about private schools not repeating children? Maybe that's why the public uni grads erroneously assume all private uni grads are being dashed grades. We should have a NUC equivalent for primary and secondary schools to check such if truly it exists. |

There are 2305 universities in America and every single one of them is better than covenant.
There are over 5000 universities in America n Europe, Every single one of them is better than covenant or any other university in Nigeria.

asuustrike1: Yes. The university favours Binis to a large extent. If you are connected with good CGPA, it can be upgraded ( although it is not peculiar to that school alone). Private universities like covenant gives what student merit unlike public universities that derive joy in reducing CGPA. I have a friend who graduated with 4.49 from engineering while another with same grade from mathematics. Many lecturers don't send their kids to public universities because they know what goes on behind the scene. It will shock you that these lecturers teach and impact knowledge on their students when they are on sabbatical leave at private universities compare to public universities that they care less All these in addition to sorting, cheating and outright sales of admission and certificates. |

I guess UNIBEN is better than Harvard. I thought failure rate was a good gauge for standard.
