Could be gallery gasket.

What vehicle and model is this? What you should have done is swap the solenoid before you changed it. If the code changes from P0011 to P0021 you know its the Solenoid.

PS: Where did you get the solenoid? Is it new or used?

Thanks! That was the brief to him. Unfortunately, he was too quick to change. Hence, my reason for wanting to change him since he’s too big to follow guidance and he’s now sounding like a Kazeem. TBH, I suspect it could be a possibility going my YouTube videos @ gallery basket. However, I just want all the wires checked first.

It’s a G37 coupe 2010. The solenoid is a new one.

For the water dripping into the carpet, I strongly believe it's your sunroof drain.

There are very well documented reports and repairs on these.

Stop on! I had a similar issue, and it was a clog in the sunroof drain.

Please, is there a reliable Auto electrician you can recommend in Lagos? I have the annoying P0011 code. I've changed the Solenloid in bank one, but the issue persists. Before moving into the cam and crankshaft sensors, I would love for a reliable auto electrician to test the wires. It's not an oil issue as I've done an oil change in recent times.

Lol. And I thought my acura was worse. On highways I can see my mpg reading 8.5.
But City drive, it is always high.

Shouldn’t the highway be higher ?

Oga Gazzuzz, do you work on Acura. I recently travelled to Ibadan and back to Lagos. My highway Mpg was 13.1. I really need to have this fixed because I don Dey “suffocate” like this.

Lovely challenge. 8.4mpg on my Acura 2008 (got the check emission light on though). Definitely dumping the car soon.

Exponentially increasing spend while planning to reduce IGR through tax rebates and removal of tolling. Deficit and depending on FAAC will soon be the other of the day. May God help us!

I own the 2010 G37 coupe and it's such a joy to ride. I've not experienced any engine or tranny issues yet (owned it for 3+ years now). However, I've experienced some sensor related issues though and the really grounded auto electrician are very hard to come by. Still, it's still a joy to ride

Interestingly, I've bought 2 additional GENCOOL making a total of 5

The cooling is not very cold. Although it does improve during the raining seasons when the outside temperature isn't so hot

The reason why i bought more, the voltage in my location is very unstable and the traditional AC doesn't get to work as great. The Inverter Acs are fantastic in this regard. Also, it doesn't put so much pressure on my inverter system as the average usage of a 1 hp AC is less than 1KW. Usually it drops to about 500 - 600 watts when the room is cold

Can't go wrong with the MDX. Get a 2010.

Please what’s the major difference between the 2008 and 2010 MDX. I know there was a facelift post 2009. I’ve been looking at getting one urgently but I’m not so sure the price differential is worth it or not.

Hoping to read from you soon.

Make and model and year of manufacture and nature of the problem??

2010 G37! started with a camshaft and crankshaft sensor related problems. Those have been changed now but the car is stuck with a p0011, hence it won’t rev past 3000 rpm

It should not be that way. Investor are given dates of rental payments for a reason. Millions of people invest in treasury and get their pay back on due date except it falls on weekends or public holiday. The due day for this was on a business day and it didn't come through. I had plans for the coupon and they have scattered it. Also the 2 days delay is to attract something too. If it is to be paid in batches collection would have been in batches too. Everything about the payment should have been arranged before now.. They had 6 months to do it for God sake..

My Sukuk coupon just landed. I’m sure yours is on the way

All the people I know that did through other source have received their coupon. Today is an added day gone. The official date announced is 16 Dec and I haven't gotten it at the end of 17 Dec. With that I have lost a day already. I only know myself that did through them and have not gotten that I am not happy with them.

We are in the same boat on this. I was told the batches story by MC. To be honest, it seems like a rather default response as they didn’t even bother asking for my details when I called

Hello Unite4real

I made my own sukuk payment through Stanbic and sent the form to fbn quest which they acknowledged receipt of the form.

However, up till now I never hear anything. Is there not suppose to be a message showing if it was successful or something?

No proof of investment whatsoever. I also heard it was oversubscribed, ain’t they supposed to return the oversubscribed amount to me?

This is my first time buying sukuk. Pls permit my ignorance. Thank you

I will advise you contact the bank or even the Lotuscapital / FBN quest. I bought through my stockbroker and I’ve seen received my letter. If you are a retail investor/ individual investor, there’s a high probability that you got a full allotment

can someone please give me a brief explanation?

A 1M in say a 15% bond tenured for 5 years would mean that you would get 150k (15% of 1M) every year for 5 years and also get your initial principal (1M) upon maturity.

However, interest is paid twice a year (75k each) for sovereign bonds and sukuks. I believe saving bonds is quarterly though

If you buy better house for better place with 80m,you and tenant no go get issues.
People that will give you trouble won't be able to afford beginners rent for that kind of property in the first place.
So if you buy 40m mini duplex for lekki, you go come dey drag with tenant untop 2.5m rent? undecided
He who goes for that property can afford it effortlessly almost 80% of the time.
Default is rare.
Na all those old, backwater properties weh tenant dey drag with landlord for wella

Logically it makes sense. However, if the tenant is that loaded he or she wont really be a tenant in the first place. Truth is, a 2.5m rent would “possibly” have a senior manager working with a multinational as a tenant. The reality is, with the current economic downturn that job can be lost and rent would be a struggle.

Default is a risk that comes with tenancy especially in these challenging times

Quite an interesting debate.

From my basic understanding of life in general there’s always an associated risk(s) when it comes to making choices and investing isn’t left out.

Personally, I would be more worried not for my investment but what would be come of the country as a whole if FGN begins to default on its obligations.

We know bonds are risky but for a risk adverse individual, if not bonds as a form of diversity what next.

Even bank deposit or liquid cash won’t be safe if the aforementioned happens.

Some people are just risk adverse and are comfortable with their their day job and investing their excesses in save investment vehicles that guarantees the safety of their principal.

Not everyone can be entrepreneurs!
