International students are guaranteed entry. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/travel-restrictions-exemptions.htmlShe may be required to stay in a specific government-approved hotel though for at least 2 days though. Agnes455: Hello Frankrobbn1,
Please I have two questions as regards my daughter study permit, she applied for January intake in her school when she submitted her application to IRCC and has received PPR praise God. I know she need to send a new admission letter via webform as she did not start classes online.
1) For May intake 2021 in her school the program will be delivered online stating classes will resume to in class when the government allows, will she be granted entry into Canada at the border?
2) She has option for September 2021 it will be mixed both online and in class. Will it raise concern if she sends an admission letter of September and not of May to IRCC for passport stamping. Won't questions be asked why she is opting for a farther resumption date.
I await your kind reply.Thank you. |

Yup, purchasing a house is no longer considered an investment. There are provincial investment programs. Most of them require a net worth of ~$300,000 - 500,000 and the ability to invest > $150,000 in cash. I believe NB has the lowest investment requirement of $75,000. I also remember that if you invest in a remote community in BC, the requirement drops to ~$100,000. Just google "Investor PR (province name)" and all options become available. 4, 5 years ago some immigration companies would loan you the entire money for the investment at relatively high interest rates (> 10% APR) if you could provide 25 to 50% of the required investment. Remember that for middle and high-income earners in Canada, these investments are equivalent to 1 year's salary. generationz: But investments don't include buying a house, right?
I heard they return your invested money or something like that after 4or 5 years (that's when you get all your papers). How true is this? |

In some parts of Canada, the requirement drops to $75,000 or $125,000. Usually, you have to show a net worth of ~$300,000 and be able to invest ~$125,000 or $75,000 easily. generationz: Buying a house doesnt qulaify. You'll need $400,000 and above to invest in a business and then still have to source for your travel fees. |

Even if you have a certificate, you should be able to get a statement of result from your institution. Any and every educational credential is important. If you can show enough income and wealth tying you to Nigeria, you could send your wife (my guess is she's younger than 37) to go for a 1 year program training in Canada. The quickest option would be for her to do home support worker (8 months) or licensed practical nurse (2 years) training. This field is in high demand and has a dedicated permanent residence pathway. Alternatively, look specifically at NB, MB, PEI, NL, NS provinces for specific provincial programs. Look very closely at Rural and Northern immigration program as well. You've got to be smart with your search. Good luck. mindgamers: Hi guys, please I want to know the procedures and the type of visa i can possibly secure to relocate my family and I to canada. (4 kids). I'm a clearing and forwarding agent and also sell car , my education : diploma in a university but can't even find my cert anymore, lol . so let's say a wasce holder, I've got a good POF with steady inflows , bond cert, treasurybill certificate, MMF cert, house certs . My wife is also a wasce holder.
No travel experience before, what is my chance of securing visas for my family and what type of visa can I possibly get with my educational and occupational levels , I've been self employed since I left school some 20 years ago . I'm not really looking forward to work in Canada persay but to continue my auto trades which I believe will sustain me and also give my kids a good startups.
kindly help out, gracia. |

I think she's from Rivers. It was definitely among the best schools in the 90s. Pretty much at par with Corona then. Bereton was also a good school but not as personalized as Montessori was then. Grove is just behind MIS in GRA but was not as good. However, there are now soooo many good schools in the state. Some have a lot of places while some stick to very strict classroom capacity. Ilamina: I heard it's the best school in Nigeria

Run from women that you (feel you) can only keep with material things.
Whatever 'love' you show to each other is fleeting.
Personally, gifts are not 'investments', they are things you can do without. Which is why I won't be gifting anybody crazy amounts.
If I am gifting a lot of people concurrently, I'll spread the love out. That way, even I will not ever feel like they owe me.
As for girls who try to 'play' guys. The country is dangerous. People are angry, hungry, and shameless. They cannot achieve success in our country without these traits. |

Bukatyne hits the nail on the head again and again! Talk is cheap. For men and women. If you follow what people say, irrespective of what they do, na you go cry alone for night. Similarly, I try to have as few red lines as possible. That way, I don't feel less than if I have to cross those lines temporarily or permanently for long-lasting happiness/contentedness. bukatyne: In secondary school, we called it 'if na me'
I don't think it is a 'woman' problem because I have seen men do same on/offline.
'I wash my wife's car because she deserves it's; 'i cook because it is my hobby'; 'I do XYZ because my spouse deserves it'.
They are all married to the only good men and women in the world so going the extra mile for them or being a little patient is worth it.
Somehow, they 'enjoy' doing all the good things that would continually make their spouses happy. Those things are not 'compulsory', they just 'like' to do them.
They are so plenty here that it makes for comic relief when they goad posters into doing what is wrong while they know (from their previous posts/belief system/situation) that they are taking far more or doing something worse.
This generation also has itchy ears so when you assess the stories they bring or tell and tell them the truth, you become a 'man pleaser'; 'anti-feminist'; 'anti-women'; 'simp'; 'woman wrapper'. Etc.
That's why a Beyonce (a woman who forgave a cheating husband and immediately went on to have twins) would wear a bikini and tell girls they 'rule' the world or to summarize 'the future is female'. And girls would listen and project their inner 'Sasha' whom Beyonce left on stage at home.
Or a Chimamanda who dresses like a Pastor's wife would come out to complain 'girls are told to dress decently or cross their legs while sitting' and women would shout 'power to the ladies'.
Or Cardi B would tell women not to buy more expansive gifts for their men aka buy weed when he gives you flowers while she buys the world and more for her husband/baby daddy.
Like you rightly said, some of the people goading you also want to use you as a guinea pig for their fantasies. 'If Shade or Tunji runs it and it works for them, maybe I would try it'.
I believe anyone matured enough to have a relationship/marriage or attain certain positions must have acquired the required skill set and emotional intelligence to maintain them.
If they don't, they should go and learn. |
