Ammishaddai: ………… Finally, no matter what their (men) reason for wearing earrings, the practice will be considered by some as a statement, to others as cool, attractive, spiritual, or simply a component of your job; the practice is trendy and very common in today’s western culture. To those who feel that this is not really a cultural tradition that should be perpetuated, there is an anonymous quote that goes thus ‘respect people’s feelings. Even if it does not seem to mean anything to you, it could mean everything to them’. https://www.fashionunlock.com/cultural-background-of-men-wearing-earrings/ |

MoodysMood: He who goes to equity must go with clean hands! Nigeria is not currently accepting the vaccine certificate from any country. In the case of Nigerian, you get tested twice plus 7 days self isolation. UK is only paying us back in the language we understand |

ifytrik: UK Government is only retaliating! Nigeria’s case is the worst! Firstly, our government does not currently recognise any vaccine certificate from anywhere including UK. Secondly, you must carry out the full standard COVID-19 PCR test before you travel and thirdly, you will be tested again in Nigeria after 7 days and you will pay upfront for this second test before you’re allowed into the country. This is an overkill for those who have received the two vaccines. |

illicit: Today. most of the historic Christian sites are in a number of Islamic Countries like Palestine (Bethlehem where Jesus Christ was born), Egypt (Mount Sinai where Moses received the 10 Commandments) and most of the places Apostle Paul preached are now in Turkey. Jordan, Algeria (Constantine), Iran etc hold very historical sites. So the Christian Pilgrimage is being extended to those countries gradually, where security situations allow. In 2004, when I went on Christian Pilgrimage to Israel, we were the first sets to cross into Palestine from Israel to visit Bethlehem after 10 years. We also crossed into Egypt to visit Mount Sinai. 2 Likes |

Folarxn: Seniority is always consequential in the civil service, irrespective of the level. “Seniority list” is “sacred” in the civil service, you dare not write the name of the one that was documented in the afternoon before “his senior” that was documented earlier that day. 1 Like |

adioolayi: Nigeria is “finishing” herself, not IMF. For as long as we are not producing for exports, Naira will keep losing value. It’s ridiculous that we even importing finished products from crude oil that is drilled in our backyard. Sound economic policies are not based on sentiments! |

Penguin2: Unfortunately, Nigeria can’t afford to continue defending the Naira. We don’t need IMF to tell us to do the right thing, FGN should face the reality and let Naira finds it’s level. 1 Like |

It’s not impossible to have Christians in there midst but one thing that is obvious is that they must have been forcefully conscripted by those evil people in BH. There are so many “Chiboks” (Christian villages) in Borno, Adamawa, Zamfara and other Northern States. 1 Like |

In all honesty, I didn’t know of homosexuality then I was only lucky that was able to free myself and ran out of his office. Unfortunately, I was not confident enough to lodge official complaint to the management. |
