You need to consider the relationship you have with your cousin. If you tell him, will he be hostile? Will he believe you?

Consider telling another family member who he has the strongest relationship with, and who's mature enough to not tell everyone.

You could just let your cousin know, and then leave the whole situation alone because it will be messy. Meaning avoid everyone involved for a while, so you don't deal with hostility.

It's a hard situation. No matter what you do, do it with love.

I don't want to insult you because if this is a genuine question, there's nothing wrong with that. However, if drugs and alcohol are the way you manage life's challenges, you need to reevaluate your lifestyle and choices. That's not healthy.

One of the major problems in society is that some people never really learn how to manage stress in a healthy, mature way. They react like a child, abuse substances, and refuse therapy. And it's terrible that in 2021, there are people who cannot even imagine how people live without using drugs and alcohol.

Judas and the Black Messiah

It was underwhelming, but it wasn't bad. I feel like it's a movie Spike Lee should have made. I don't know if that would have made it stronger, but maybe it would have been more whole. However, I admit my expectations for a film of this nature are much higher.

It felt more like an episode than a film. And too many of the scenes and dialogue seemed like filler instead of something driving the story. I think maybe it's the lack of info to base the script on, or maybe the creatives knew they couldn't tell the real story and get studio backing.

The film really isn't about BPP or O'Neal. They're just the means by which we examine corruption, institutional racism, engineered poverty, and
black American disunity. I think the film could be not just better, but more interesting if it made these issues more of a focus. The scene with Fred and the rednecks was good in this way because he concisely and precisely pointed out how everyone gets scr3wed.

I have to say that when these films aren't done right, it's like they shouldn't be done at all. And though the film points out what was done to the BPP, many key viewers (like black youth) will likely only see this as a film about a traitor; rather than about those plotting the destruction of the BPP or about the great things the BPP was able to achieve.
