There exists a Local Government Area (LGA) in Nigeria which doesn't have a secondary school. Be that as it may, not any longer in the coming months as it appears. Aminu Tambuwal , Sokoto State Senator, established the framework for the development of the principal secondary school in Gudu LGA, Sokoto.

The Governor laid the foundation for the school in the town of Balle, Gudu's central station.

Tambuwal while talking at the occasion said his organization set out on the venture as the area had remained the one and only out of the 23 local governments of the state without a Senior Secondary School.

The school will be a co-educational one, both for boys and girls. We have decided to make it a unity school and will attract students from all parts of Nigeria and neighbouring Niger republic. Students of the school would be taught in both English and French,” he said.

As per him, the contractor had since been paid the required 30 percent as required.

He said the task would be finished in the following four months, while the work started around two months prior.

Education is key to success both in this world and in the hereafter. The school is aimed at improving enrolment, retention and completion of students across the state. It is also aimed at improving equal access to
education for both boys and girls in the state.

“As the adage goes, as and when you educate a girl, you educate the society but when you educate a boy, you educate only an individual,” he added.

The web was shocked at seeing a video of 2 naked men, who shook hands, and held themselves while walking naked, questions were asked as to who they were and what was their mental state, well, According to the Nigerian Police Force (NPF),The 2 naked men who were arrested at Gwarimpa, in Abuja, were two brothers who abused drugs.

The 2 men were caught on camera, shaking hands, and then holding each other by the shoulders, while walking the street, as a nearby car stopped to converse with them, they attacked the vehicle, they have since been arrested by the police and have been checked into a rehabilitation center.
