PoliticsRe: Nigeria Recalls Ambassador From Libya Over Gaddafi’s Statement by cvibe: 8:48am On Mar 20, 2010
Libya is a country just across the Mediterranean (like Lagos mainland to Lagos Island) from where you can see the bright lights of Spain.  Yet i have never heard that Libyans were caught or rescued trying to enter Spain as illegal immigrants on canoes.

He sure must be doing something right in his country not to be making her Citizens want to run to Spain.

Someone got deported from Amsterdam because the immigration officer did not believe the name was his. The name on the immigration computer was something like : Surname: Emeka First name : Eze

His passport showed Surname: Eze First name : Emeka. While in Nigeria, he simply did not check the name on the visa was same as that on his passport before leaving the embassy, only to get to Amsterdam and be deported back to Nigeria.

Christianity EtcRe: Its Like The Story About Christ Embassy Is Real Oh! Witnessed Personally by cvibe: 11:09am On Mar 14, 2010
When i was young lad, the churches used to preach salvation, born again, Jesus is coming, world is coming to an end. etc

As i grew older, they started preaching prosperity. i.e. Tell your neighbour you will prosper, miracles etc.

Nowadays they preach Visa, travel, you will win visa lottery, pass exam, get promotion, secure the job, somebody will give you favour tomorrow morning, etc etc. offering this, offering that. Salvation is no longer there.
Christianity EtcRe: Its Like The Story About Christ Embassy Is Real Oh! Witnessed Personally by cvibe: 10:50am On Mar 14, 2010
Can someone outline how churches have helped the poor and needy in the Nigerian society?
