I'm not disputing the fact of what teebillz have done in the past, but I'm sure he was paid for his services as a manager. I've not seen anywhere in the music industry where a Manager owns a Star... its mostly the other way round, except of cos the manager also own the music star's record label. A manager in the music industry is never in joint venture with the music star. (the music star can sack the manager anytime he feel the manager isn't performing).

Oga there's nothing like Joint venture between a Musician and his/her Manager, (just like saying a footballer's agent is a joint venturer to the footballer)... A Music star can only have one manager but a manager can have more than one Music star to manage ( that is if he's good at his Job).... the Music star will be the one to employ the services of the manager, but the managers role is simple:: look for shows and more shows, get endorsements and get more deals that are shared based on an already agreed percentages.
