Something of such happened in Lagos here 9 years ago, the tenant rented an half plot, I don't really know how much he pays then for the rent, but he wasn't paying very well. He was owing the landlord a year rent.

He built a restaurant and bar on the land.

One day, Landlord got angry and arranged boys to destroy the man's shop. They destroy the walls without going inside not touching anything. The man told me this himself because I was going to rent part of the the land for my viewing center business that I wanted to open at the area then.

He reported the case to the police and got himself a lawyer because he was educated and an Ebo man. He took pictures for evidence and told the Judge that he left 5 million naira in his bar, his lawyer asked him to say that.

They charged the man to court and he explained what led to his actions but the Judge punished him by asking him to pay 8 million for damages or he can forget the land, and it belongs to the tenant until otherwise.

The man begged his tenant but he refused and got stroke. So, his children went to the man to beg and he asked them to go and bring 3 million and he will drop the case. Till today, the tenant has been using the land as he likes and renting it to other tenants like he owns it. The owner is late now so and the children never see 3m.

This happens at Aguda Ogba Lagos.

Infact, in the "Saner Climes", once your Rent is due by One Week and they dont see Alert, hey would change the Keys to the Door, the next Week while they get Sheriff to come and Pack your Property for "Storage", which you will still pay for, but the Landlord would have replaced you with a Tenant ready to pay his Rent as at when due.

If you have never lived in such "saner Climes" or paid Rent there, please stop commenting on what happens there.

You tried to say a lot of things but l will suggest you read what you wrote, before posting it.
I am struggling to understand most of it but let me zero ona few things.

- Everyone abuses Everyone, Northerners have been abusing Southerners and saying "they can got o hell". Heaven did not fall so it is not unusual for Southerners to abuse Northerners, Heaven wont fall over that. Infact, these TWO REGIONS should not be in the same country, they are just too diverse and incompatible.

- Buhari has failed three times, before the SW helped him to Win, based on a gentleman understanding that Power will rotate from one region, to another, back and forth. The North is now behaving like it is smarter than the SW or opportunistic and has used teh SW to gain power and dont want to honor that agreement. Now, they are syaing Power Rotation is unconstitutional, bad and alien, just after using it to gain Power! That is despicable behaviour of Vagabonds.

- Non of all the people you mentioned, despite their so-called popularity, can win a Presidential election in Nigeria, without the support of the SW.

- The division between the SW and the SE, over who produces the President in 2023, boils down to on thing GREED and LACK OF FORESIGHT.
Igbos deserve the Presidency by virtue of not being able to have achieved it for over 50yrs now, because THE NORTH will not (never) allow them. It is as simple as that. Any Igbo who does not understand that or accept it, is just fooling himself and displaying ignorance. The SE have invested heavily over time, in PDP and they should be rewarded with ist Presidential Ticket, for starters.

- The SW deserve the 2023 Presidency, by virtue of their arrangement in APC, between North and South, which are the two Power Blocks in Nigeria. The SW have invested in the North, via the APC and it is normal and natural that they "reap" in that APC, by producing its Presidential candidate this time around.

Now, since both SE and SW have a claim on the Presidency, who it goes would have to be worked out ina way that benefits both Regions.
My own opinion is that first, each Region must REAP from the Party they SOWED in, by getting the Ticket of their party in 2023:

SW - APC
SE - PDP

After this first stage, Both Regions should now sit down and NEGOTIATE, over which of them has a better chance of Winning atthe Centre.
Who needs who the more?

= Can SE/Igbos win the Presidency without the support of Yoruba? Have they done so before? Would the North Vote for an Igbo Presidential candidate (of PDP)?

- Can teh SW/Yorubas win the Presidency without the support of the Igbos? Have they done so before? Would the North vote for a Yoruba Presidential Candidate (of the APC)?

- If the have to chose between the SE and SW, who will the North cast their Vote for?

The answer to these Questions settles the argument and who ever gets the nod from the abvoe questions:
- Must be supported by te other Region who did not get the support
- Both Regions should then reach a consensus of Power Rotation between the two of them, One Region goes first, supported by the other and the situation is reversed after their own Tenure.

But it takes a reasonable people, people with foresight and long term planning to realise and adhere to such logical steps, this is where the White people are different from Black people.
Black Man knows he cannot win but instead of focusing on how to reach an "Alliance" that would make him win (which is what Buhari did in 2015), he instead is more focused on how he can destroy the chances of another, while making his own situation even worse!

Two things are certain:
1) The Northerners will NEVER Vote for an Igbo Presidency. After all their huff and Puff, they will look for a COMPROMISED and PLIABLE "SW Yoruba" (like Tinubu), to support as President. This tactics will happen in 2023 or at worst, 2027.

2) Based on the above, the ONLY WAY the Igbos can be President of this fake Country (If they cant achieve Biafra) Nigeria, if if they court the SW and get their support.
This is what the Igbos are not ready to do but rather prefer that they keep playing second fiddle to the same North which continues to deny them the Top Spot of President.
