Only recently, Tinubu one of the most recognized Yoruba leaders was cap in arms begging for increased money from the center....when I place this side by side with the call for fiscal federalism...i become baffled..

Federalism doesn't cost money...hunting for investment doesn't cost that much. If you have credible, internationally respected leadership and there is:
a) rule of law
b) less red tape
c) decent infrastructure/electricity

then attracting investment is not impossible.
