Every army in conflict designates a command center; It's nothing to do with the so-called engine room of the entire armed forces, which we call HQ. If Nigeria was facing aggression from 2 or more fronts, the armed forces can setup multiple command centers. It's simply what it's name says- Where commands are issued from. So in your opinion, they will pack codes and files and mainframes and ALL the hardware in Def HQ plus drones to Maiduguri? It's not good to be uninformed and still be forming analyst. Public office remuneration should not be so much that it makes you insanely rich, for serving your Nation. It's service, you should receive just enough to cover your expenses and live decently, instead our elected officials prance around like Hollywood icons. In my opinion, those who do not have any meaningful sources of livelihood or some sort of career, must not be allowed to hold public office.
