Both a noun and an adjective, I agree. And I've used a poor example to buttress my point, but scour your reference point - the internet, and show me ONE instance of an individual referred to as 'An illiterate'.
An illiterate person may sound redundant, but it's redundant-ly correct. Either that or simply say 'he is illiterate'. Labelling someone 'An illiterate' obviously shows you're both in the same state.

Russia has a naval base in Crimea which is what America was targeting as it will give them unlimited access to the black sea, but Russia outsmarted them and Crimea returned to Russia, thats why they unleashed series of sanctions on Russia even at the detriment of Europe. thats why America keeps calling for sanctions on Russia while European countries are looking for way to get out of the sanction.

Russia was worried that it'd lose access to the black sea thru Ukraine's alliance with NATO. Putin pressured the former president to postpone joining the EU, and he was ousted as the opposition became suspicious. Russia has refused to recognize the new authority in Kiev, and instead sent its troops to occupy the Crimean peninsula. Meanwhile the EU and US recognize the new government in Kiev, and sanctions have been meted against Russia. Who's the aggressor? Who's violating international law blatantly? Who's infringing on another country's territory?

Seriously angel investors in this climate? Where criminal justice system is zero and people don't know what the entity concept means. Any prospective angel investor should sha be weary of scams and fraudulent 'Entrepreneurs' with incredible ideas. There is no criminal justice system to retrieve your money when you're duped.

Sound warning there. Purefoy may be unbiased but this analysis is skewed. He should remember that in Politics, especially Nigerias', money talks. Buhari isn't one to offer money to delegates, that's not to say it wasn't offered on his behalf by others. Some delegates are bound because of what they've been paid and in my opinion, 60% will do just fine from the primaries. He needs a solid running mate to give PDP a good run as this is the closest we're going to get to uprooting GEJs reign of daftness and bloodshed.
