If it is in Nigeria , the mans case will be forgotten because at the time he was captured , the policeman who captured him is a pensioner , the police station is now dilapidated room , rats and ants must have eaten up his file , the DPO handling his case must have been dismissed , no picture or data as at the time of arrest . . . . . Naija I hail Explorers: An inmate who escaped from a South Carolina Department of Corrections work crew in 1979 was captured in Delaware on New Year's Day, according to the department.
Jose Chico Romero, 64, had been living under an assumed name when he was first arrested December 28, 2019 after showing Dover police a fake ID, according to Chrysti Shain, director of communications for the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
Police processed and released him under the fake name Arnaldo Figueroa but his fingerprints later came back as a match for wanted Romero.
He was arrested on Wednesday.
He is being held in Georgetown, Delaware, on a fugitive warrant and has waived extradition.
He is also charged with public intoxication, loitering, trespassing, forgery, criminal impersonation and being an out-of-state fugitive.
Romero was serving an 18-year sentence for armed robbery when he managed to escape from a work crew in Anderson County, South Carolina, on December 13, 1979.
After he is returned to the South Carolina Department of Corrections, Romero will be required to serve the remainder of his original sentence, which is about seven years, plus any time added for an escape conviction, Shain said.
His picture as inmate in the 1970s and after his arrest in 2020.

If your idea of a good marraige is to get a man or woman with a good source of income from both parties and a comfortable lifestyle..
It's fine BUT>>>>
let me tell u the truth..
All those things can be wiped in days.. e.g job's good lifestyle wiped in a matter of days...
So what if he or she was a multi billionaire b4 you decided to marry them.
After few months or years, demons of parking everything appears and parks everything? Oh you forgot 1 bad loan gone south can cripple everything?
We focus on one thing, always related to money gain.. nobody talks about the spiritual aspect of marriage.. everyone always goes with - he must be working in shell or NNPC.. We have seen people who retired from those places and went back to square minus 0.
I told my sisters, never should a man bulk salary or business profits energize you to be a reason to want to marry him because if anything happens to that job or business - you will lose interests in the marriage - then divorce...
Marry a man who got a purpose, drive, vision, someone you can support to be something.. from scratch so that even if he crashed you can always advice him back to the top.
Those kinda marriages last long, majority of those men will love you till death.. even if they cheat, you will never find out... and they can never say "where were you wen I was building my wealth?"
When my uncle's friend (Now working in NNPC) a muslim was told to add another wife, I was in that room - he said in Hausa and I quote "you guys were not there when this lady (his wife) had to sell akara to sponsor his transport fares looking for jobs, so I don't want anyone competing Me with her."
If it was all about the money, you think faith Oyedepo would have married David Oyedepo? Am sure he wasn't seeing 30k monthly salary when he started Living faith church...
Btw, ladies - am not implying you should go marry a lazy broke man, rather marry a man who is starting little with dreams and strong visions, such that if everything crashed, he can pickup again and fight back. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How Do I Handle This Issue At Work? by DaRuud(m): 6:13pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
That's the same thing that is affecting Nigeria now , too many Cabals , Abba Kyari , Mamman Daura , gossipers , eye sevicers and the untouchables. May God see you through , but just be careful . Jokerman: Hello. I need advice on this topic
About a year ago, my Dad died, being an owner of a primary school with my mom, thereafter o assumed head of the school, although I run my own freelance engineering installation and maintenance service on HVACs and Diesel engines.
In course of this education line, I'm obtaining my certificate in PGDE( in view).
Now this is the case...
There are some old staff in the school then whom use to collect school fees on behalf of the school and you know Nigerians, instead of remitting the fees to the school, they divert and scam and even go as far as lending money to different people in the vicinity.
However since I took over, I forcefully stopped the collection, and redirected all fees to be paid at the bank. Mhen, it was not small trouble, fight, gossiping, spoiling me at the back etc, but I never listened to such, and right now no one collects these fees again... Everything goes through me coz I'm trying to sanitize it. I also required the services of a registered security company operator (sheriff deputies) for the school
Problems I needed advice
1. Sometimes these rebellion. They gossip and talk evil to people that I'm very harsh etc
2. I have changed 2 security operators because of compromises with these staff. I will give instruction, Buh those they'd do otherwise and bend to what other older staff tell them. Recently, the present security did something contrary and I scolded him toughly. Recently, he had an alteration with a parent and I asked him to just plead with her. He refused blatantly. I was surprised and even my mom too. He said he doesn't like the way I scold him and that's why bla bla bla, infront of all other staff. My mom asked me not to change him Buh I'm skeptical
I already feel like changing him with his company supervisor coz he lives around the vicinity and he now gossips with those old staff who might be telling him I'm too young to order him to do things
4. These old staffs are like friends to my mom and they already carry a lot of influence with most of the parents (which I also cut off too). One of them is wife to my mom's brother
5. My mother has been telling me to be patient even my wife. I do not want to employ an headteacher until I change a lot of things
The school has about 300-350 pupils, and employs 18 staff

First of all , tell her that there's network problem , then ask her if her husband is aware that she's asking for money , then send the money through the husband's account . An issue similar to this once happened to a brother , the woman borrowed huge sum of money from the husband's friend later she claimed she can't pay back , if the friend disturb her too much he will tell the husband he's been making sexual advances to her . Case closed , money enter voice mail alimaa: Please I need a piece of advice on how to handle this situation.
I have a very close friend and his wife has asked for financial assistance severally and I obliged. The problem I have here is what will my friend think if he should be seeing a bank alert from me on his wife's phone?
The woman has been calling my line since the beginning of this month which I have continued to ignore. She would later send text asking for financial help and this kind of situation is very confusing because you might report to her husband and they will both turn the whole thing against you.
Please what should I do? |

Too many dangerous reptiles in that country, Nigerians hoping to flee there should first learn to protect themselves from snakes, crocodiles and alligators.
