The only way you know is there is always a US contact Number, call and you shall know them by their voice. Trust me if you are not greedy you would know a scam, like the guy that didn't apply but won a DV. Yes of course justwise,also there is something i have observed,i have seen people that used deception before the law came into place and only got their ban when they applied again after the law came into place.I must say that the law is quite complicated.

If you hold a valid residence permit issued by the Greek authority,you can travel within the shengen freely and Germany is within the shengen zone.However,coming in from outside the shengen,you will definately be subjected to immigration control.If truly you have a Greek residence permit,i believe you should know these things.It is safer to always enter the shengen through the country you reside,or at least have an onward ticket to your destination if entering through another member country.
You are not allowed to work and live in another member state,you are only allowed for up to 90 days visit.

Truth is,you will be scrutinized closely.Also quoting the relevant part of the UKBA law:

Grounds on which entry clearance or leave to enter the United Kingdom is to be refused

(7B) subject to paragraph 320(7C), where the applicant has previously breached the UK's immigration laws by:

(a) Overstaying;

(b) breaching a condition attached to his leave;

(c) being an Illegal Entrant;

(d) using Deception in an application for entry clearance, leave to enter or remain (whether successful or not);

or not);

unless the applicant:

(i) Overstayed for 28 days or less and left the UK voluntarily, not at the expense (directly or indirectly) of the Secretary of State;

(ii) used Deception in an application for entry clearance more than 10 years ago;

(iii) left the UK voluntarily, not at the expense (directly or indirectly) of the Secretary of State, more than 12 months ago;

(iv) left the UK voluntarily, at the expense (directly or indirectly) of the Secretary of State, more than 5 years ago, or

(v) was removed or deported from the UK more than 10 years ago


Since your deception is not more than 10 years ago,you are very likely to be refused,note that there is no mention of ban in the law,the way visa officers implement the law is quite different.What is important is when you are applying for the visa and when the deception happened,and since the deception happened not more than 10 years ago from the time you are reapplying,your visa will most likely be denied this time.

You can visit an immigration lawyer though.

Yes there is a chance for the decision to be overturned if you have strong evidences that the decision is not fair.A friend of my mine was denied visiting visa to Germany,we wrote an appeal and he was issued.

Here is what you should do;write an appeal letter addressing it to the right authority (details should be given to you by the swiss embassy), You should give reasons for your appeal and submit any evidence you have.
In addition, you should enclose a copy of the decision you are appealing against.
In summary, it is a letter detailing the reasons you think the decisions of the embassy isn’t fair and that you merit the visa. You will send this back to the embassy and the embassy will forward It to the Federal Administrative Court of Switzerland.
The embassy will get back to you as soon as a decision is reached.

Life in Ukraine is hard,very hard.There are no jobs especially if you do not speak the Language,racism is rampant.I will advise you to look elsewhere.

You need not be scared abt what you hear,Swedish visiting visa is a shengen visa,and according to the information you provided here,you have been issued  shengen visa twice before.As long as you can show proof that you'll return after your visit,you'll be fine.

If you are single and the lady in question is single as well,it is normal for the visa officer to have that doubt that you are an intending immigrant,but as long as you can proof that you will be returning after your visit,there is no big deal.they might also want to know how you meet this lady ,the last time you saw her,how often you guys communicate,why you want to visit her etc.

No you cannot use a GreeK wrk/residence permit to work in Germany,you need a work permit issued by the German government for that purpose.You can however travel within the shengen zone freely.

But my girlfriend gave a fake work document into the embassy when she apply for her uk tourist visa for 6 months.
I am UK born, and UK passport holder.
My girlfriend stopped work at her company 2 months ago.
But when she gave in her documents for the UK tourist visa, it made it look like she still worked there.
All her other documents were good.
Bank statements, and every thing.
My girlfriend, knows the human resourses girl ( the one do the hire and fire) very well, and she said no problem if the embassy phone, she will say she still work there.
Any way, the day the embassy phone, the HR girl is off sick, so they speak to another girl in the office, who say my girlfriend leave the company 2 months ago.
So now we think the UK tourist visa will not be given.
Because we gave document that say she did still work there.

What to do now please.
I am so worried,
she is very worried.
Will she be stopped from apply for any UK visa for 10 years?
we plan to marry in UK in this summer, August.
Can we marry here in Nairobi, then apply for spouse visa?
or will that also be turned down, because of before fake work document.

The visa will most likely be refused and she will be placed on a 10 year ban .That said,if you guys get married,and all other requirements for spousal visa are right,she can not be refused a visa based on Paragraph 320(7B) of the UK immigration law.According to the UK immigration law:

(7C) Paragraph 320(7B) shall not apply in the following circumstances:

(a) where the applicant is applying as:
(i) a spouse, civil partner or unmarried or same-sex partner under
paragraphs 281 or 295A,
(ii) a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner under paragraph 290,
(iii) a parent, grandparent or other dependent relative under paragraph 317,
(iv) a person exercising rights of access to a child under paragraph 246, or
(v) a spouse, civil partner, unmarried or same-sex partner of a refugee or person with Humanitarian Protection under paragraphs 352A, 352AA, 352FA or 352FD;

And i guess you are on a visiting visa abi?ol boy,your best bet is to go back to Naija before your visa expires,please do not complicate issues for yourself.And in the future,try to do some research before embarking on any journey.
moreover,the kind of visa you have is equally important,traveling on a visitor visa with the hope of working  does not cut it.You are better off with a student visa,you will be able to study and work in most countries without the pressure and fear of running out of status,and in most countries,you will be able to get a TR and PR due to highly skill immigration programs.Dont mortgage your future as an illegal immigrant in North Cyprus,dust your passport and fly back home before your ticket expires.

From the information you provided above,you have indeed appealed the decision,so i will advice you to just wait for the outcome of your appeal.try to contact the embassy regarding the status of your appeal.Depending on the country in question,it can take some time before a decision is reached.

Decide how much you can afford to spend on tuition fees and google search base on that.Anywhere you decide to go,make sure you have enough bucks for living allowance.
Right now,things are not that easy in Europe and jobs aren't that easy to come by especially when thou findeth thyself in a country which thou speaketh the language not

What was the basis of the refusal?and what kind of visa did you apply for?If you think the refusal decision was not fair and your circumstances merit re-consideration.Then go ahead and appeal the decision.
If however you believe you stand a better chance now than the last time you were denied because of change in your circumstances from the last time i.e you just got a better job,you just got married,etc,then reapply.
