A Texas lawmaker has proposed a bill that would fine a man $100 each time he masturbates. The bill also imposes a 24-hour waiting period if a guy wants a colonoscopy or a vasectomy, or if he's in the market for some Viagra.

Rep. Jessica Farrar, a Democrat, knows her bill isn't going to get very far. But she proposed it last week to make a point and give male lawmakers a taste of their own medicine.

Farrar has long been an advocate of women's health in a state that has made it extremely difficult for women to get abortions. And the bill, by pointing out a sexist double standard, is meant to shine a light on the obstacles women deal with when it comes to their health care.

Farrar's bill would penalize men for masturbation because such behavior is a failure to preserve the sanctity of life and "an act against an unborn child."

It becomes quite embarrassing once you give a piece of your paradise in the process.Why not conceal and withhold access to paradise till marriage and see who stays for the other good things you as a special creature of God is endowed with other than the sexual side of you?

Take time off and build yourself up and then set a standard. Your life is too precious to be a walkthrough for all manner of humans access.

Get connected to the spiritual side of you through constant spiritual practices till it becomes part of you.

Bill gates, warren buffet, carlos slim helu and others are not into ''SHOWBIZ'' they are not in the entertainment industry...they are old school businessmen who made lots of money.

tonto on the other hand is young, into showbiz and thus must give the fans something to talk about even if she has to show off.

Its like telling mayweather, lilwayne, chris brown, drake, kim k, kanye west , pdiddy etc not to show off their wealth. Who are u to tell them what to do with their wealth?

It's a sign of over-dependence and not trusting strange dogs.

From experience, allowing a dog to grow up with its mum causes behavioural issues stemming from over-dependence. You can try separating them for about 3 to 4 weeks. The annoyance brings some independence and general aggression including sexually aggression.



If you are not lucky he might even refuse to pursue intruders simply because mummy does it all for him.

It happens at times, male dogs tend to be selective when it comes to mating. I can bet with u that he can reject 3 females out of every 5u bring. He might only reject one or two. It happens. There's nothing u can do about it. And I will advice u against using sex enhancement drugs for him, u are killing him slowly. Just note the kind of females he likes. Ur dog has taste
