Your POF should be part of your process.

Your Uni may need to see the evidence before issuing CAS, and then you have visa application and Uni itself

The ideal time is ensuring it's there as you process your application

I am trying to get reference letters from the two company but only 1 is available. The other company is not cooperating because we parted ways in a bitter manner. It is the last job i did before starting my small business. Can i use the only reference letter i got and then submit my cac as my current job? Or is it a must i get the letter from my all my places of work before the formation of my company? I appreciate everyone here

You only need to go with the the missing documents but if you aren't confident in your upload then go with all

That was a specific scenario but let's assume it is also requested from you

You will submit the 3months statements that you submitted as POF and a cover letter to explain when the account was opened and the reasons only 3months is submitted( you could cite reasons like customer service,closeness to work or home,easy access, interest benefits )

That should be fine, UKVi won't ask for documents unnecessarily unless it pertains to your application or there is an interest to do so

If they do, ask for other bank statements let us know we are here to advise

Your evidence and cover letter has to be solid to get that refund back

A proper decision would have been to request for a cancellation since you were advised that you will be deferred if you don't meet the last date of enrollment.Requesting a cancellation would mean your IHS will be refunded

Prepare the series of emails and request for escalation between yourself, Uni and UKVI respectively,add the decision by your Uni to defer your admission and add a solid cover letter asking for a refund or exemption to pay IHS fee when it is time to reapply

Thank you for your response, yes i do,v i even sent them complaint. I collected my passport on 13/10/2022 and the enrollment ended on 14/10/2022. The school sent me mail not to come since i didn't meet the enrollment.

So you know, I did bio aug 20, call and issue was escalated on the 12 of sept., another escalation on 4 of October. All this while, i didn't receive any NSF mail.

Please I need clarification on the following questions:
1. Can I submit 3 different bank statements ( all in my name) for visa application?
2. First bank has 3m, second bank has $9000 and 3rd bank has 8000 Canadian dollars
3.I have a spare 1 million naira with a different bank that I won’t be submitting along these other banks, can I transfer it to my the first bank that has 3m to increase the amount? Will that been seen as a lump sum?
4: The dollar accounts are like my savings so I don’t do much transactions with them, however I’ve had them for almost a year now. So when I print the statement, the transactions on them will be little, will this be a problem?

That is the same as credibility interview, some schools do so before issuing CAS to confirm that the authenticity of the applicant

1. You will have to apply for your child as a dependent but your mum will have to be on visit visa

2. For your child please go through this link for the generic document, and include additional documents like birth certificate (to show your relationship as his mum),pictures, letter from his current school and history, death certificate ( to show you are sole surviving parent)
