If a 10years case cannot be proven without reasonable doubt in a country with all the tools to do so despite the accuser making an official report as at the time of the incident, then what are the chances of The Dakolos vs The Fatoyinbos. A 20years old case with no official report and probably no evidence or witnesses in a third world country where everything is designed to frustrate the accuser.


Something in me believes the Dakolos but without evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt, the case is dead on arrival.

I initially approached her during my 300 level first semester last year, though I was not straight forward letting my intentions known to her. Then as we entered second semester same session I shot my shot and she accepted my proposal. Like all things in Nigeria, the tertiary educational system is bastardized. It would shock you to know that some of them cannot even string together a sentence in English which is the official medium of instruction.

I totally agree with you that some school cert holders are far better than some graduates but what is the percentage and what is the probability that the school cert holder will contest for governorship.

Degree gives you access to some things that ordinary SSCE would never give you access to. You get to work in formal environment and know how to manage people and how they think not to talk of the economics of managing an economy’s finance. The process of getting degree its self has a learning curve that is not obtainable anywhere.

The probability of a non degree or its equivalent holder performing far better than a degree holder is like zero.

Basically the intricacies and mental comprehension of a degree holder can never be compared to that of a school cert. holder. There is limit to the kind of exposure a school cert holder can have.
