He is telling you what the law says, the law is what counts, not what makes sense to you...blocking roads during protests is infringing on other's right to free movement.

What is the protest about?

Any protest that will block access to road and movement, hinder freedom of movement of others, threaten the peace and stability of the state, will not get the support of Lagosians, moreover Sars is ended, it is dunb still shouting endsars. We must move on, the jobless people that want to destroy Lagos should face the full wrath of the law. The law is clear...your right has no right to infringe on my rights.
