Is the Police trying to tell us that, they can not train and re-indoctrinate their personel, to give Nigerian citizens a well disciplined and monitored force?

Installing cameras on every police van can be a good start, a total reorientation, of who a Nigerian citizen is to a police officer, and who they are to Nigerian citizens. This British doctrine, which is an offshoot of the anti-people and anti-insurrection principle, still in use by the Nigerian Police force should be done away with, and a Police 'Service' doctrine should be created. Service, being the guiding principle, for the training and orientation of the new Nigerian Police Service.
