officers at Ikate, traffic light,Lekki express way are extorters,they work with touts to stop bikes, and harrass the bike passengers, I was personally assaulted by these officers, they use their patrol vehicle as a mini holding cell, assaulting and extorting innocent citizens.

They ignore monitoring crime, and gang up with their guns to extort citizens, they will.lie that you are a thief or dope dealer, to make citizens pay them off...this incident happened on thursday 2nd may, at 7pm.
