Ex President Jonathan - why did you not contest the results if you won? Nigerians must be weary of this new and desperate conspiracy - It is a wicked plot to arouse sentiments against a legitimate government that is daily exposing the massive looting of our commonwealth by past governments. They are doing book launches, employing controversial journalists to sponsor the conspiracies. GEJ may have had his good part but he left the rulership of Nigeria to some 'madams' and left Nigeria to coast to bankruptcy. No amount of books written or interviews given will chnage the obvious. Muazu and co are smart guys. They saw the handwriting on the wall. GEJ seems to have continued with the same paranoia - Listening to liars and ignoring those who are telling him the bitter truth! |

seunmsg:It just goes to show he has not learnt anything! I dont know how Obama or Jega affected who the people pressed their thumbs for! |
Move fast if you have a shop there. You may not get any further notice before the bulldozers arrive. Lagos is hitting at anything they dont want now. I dont like their style but can advise any one there with valuables to learn from others. |
opethom:No need to abuse |
thesicilian:Dont mind him. Who does that in any country? Leave your passport and cash in a acr and walk out? Please tell another story. Even in South Africa you wont do that? There, they may not even spare the person's life! Nansense! |
Sinators and scams, sounding like siamese twins these days. |
It is difficult to explain whyPMB has not selected heads of agencies 2 years after securing the mandate. It is elementary knowledge that leadership and change requires that you have your own team who share your drive and philosophy and will execute your policies. Apart from a few ministers he appointed, it is mind-boggling how PMB expects to lead well without competent people. The Economist is right in this aspect, very right. |
There is nothing wrong with Nigeria staying as one. The only problem is that we have had a generation of leaders, north, south, east and west, who sowed the seed of discord for their own personal gains. Like every seed sown, if you water it the seed will germinate and grow. That is what has hapenned. It is now left for a new generation of Nigerians to decide, either to continue to water and feed that seed/plant or to uproot it! I have friends from different parts of the country. I have no problems with them. Lootocarcy and a very faulty democracy that we practice has divided us. If there is no loot again, you will see that Nigerians would not mind to unite and work together. Lootocracy that is deeply entrenched in the society is the problem. The North is clinging to power all because they want the loot. If there is no loot they will go back to grow groundnuts. Those in the East or West who have had power, ask me what they did with it! Dont ask me because you know - Governors have looted their states dry. Even in a state as small as Ogun, there is division - what causes it? Clamour for power as access to the wealth of the State. Lootocracy has bred in us vey abysmallly low rate of productivity. No one wants to work, but everyone wants to be rich. Dividing us does not solve all problems. The truth be told, if there is Biafra or Odua state today, another clamour will start, and another division, and another rat race, and another dog eat dog. We had 12 states and things worked better. Out of clamour for power we grew to 36 and the dog eats dog continues. Jonatahn set up a conference and most went there to ask for states and for more states. The senator who spoke, like several other senators have had a tstae of leadership - what did they use it for? Their generation ought to first admit that they failed us, and to repent. Nigeria had a great promise, but those we chose as leaders bungled it. |
Good that she is now a doctor, so she can treat herself of whetever has gone wrong! It is not good for man to be alone! |
18 Milliona Naira - Is he running a bank? Nigerians must rise up to challenge this long ride of cash smuggling by our so called leaders. Somebody wil argue that he is big enough to have that! In this age of cashless? Why keep it in the house if it is legit? What does he do apaprt from government? Any factory, shop or school anywhere? |
FOOLISH talk from a group who are unfit to lead workers! AN investigation is not a judicial probe. Get it! |
Adecks01:Stamp dated 2016 - Does anyone has any official source for this information? If not, let us have some quiet on this, afterall, the man whokept the money there has spoken and has given the date the money was shipped there. Has he lied against himself? |
Even with this admission the supporters of that EX will still claim it is all lie and propanganda. Their leaders have locked up their thinking. OBJ may have his good part but the man must admit and be repentant for imposing grossly incompetent and sometimes very corrupt and morally bankrupt leaders on Nigeria. Some leaders of PDP were so mean to that extent that they would not stop in destroying Nigeria by stealing it black and blue just for an election. |
GEJ approved money for covert operations and 'Amaechi' has used it to 'buy' a house and to store GEJ approved money! FFK, Fayose, Ozekhome,Wike and co - Please help to resolve this riddle or forever shut your lying tongues! |
Cabal 1 - Out! |
Why are they so skewed to one section of the country? |
If you believe anything said by Wike, FFK, Fayose and Ozekome, you could believe just anything! The governor even commited serious scarilege going to a church for force peole to pray for the recovery of 'their money' when it was obvious he was just trying to divert attention away from his boss, who was the real culprit! |
hresso:Do you listen to him? |
obailala:You should know now that rumour is a citizen of Nigeria. People think anything that flashes through their minds and scream so loud 'I saw it, I saw it'. Whereas they saw nothing. We just love silly, idle beer parlour rumours and this is one of them. |
It is so shameful that someone is still talking about propaganda even when a PDP stalwart is pointing at his party members who did it! I knew that all the FFK screaming Amaechi was diversionary. The fellow knows how to cash on the gullibility of many Nigerians for his personal advantage. House owned or formerly owned by a PDP Chairman. Flats sold to PDP chiefs including an ex Governor. Yet someone is pointing at PMB! We have to beg GEJ to please do something - He has the keys to the brains of a good number of people. He should please release them so they can think straight! |
Power in transient. People do always forget. When are they going to escort Sarki out? |
And great Fraud. |
Football in Europe is a FRAUD. Massive FRAUD. Forget all the hype. The winner of the cup is known. They are working well towards it. |
Nigeria, land of the absurd! We have sinned in this nation and our sins are haunting us. Can you imagine? The pilot would not even divert or land close by. He still went on in that commotion. And of course, no apologies to anyone. FG should immediately ban AERO. |
It will be worth the while. Somebody should be able to tell the Senate to back to its primary function. They should also check with the Supreme Court if the Senate has powers to spend hundreds of billions every year without appropriation. Once that is done they should do what Turkey just did and what South Africa has already done - Do a referendum directly with the people to find out if Nigerians do actually want the Senate. As for me and my house we will say NO in that referendum. Enough of this - I do not know anything that the Senate has accomplished in the last few years. |
The screaming governors have something to hide! It was convenient to name their 'enemy' as the owner without evidence. The money must have been kep there before the advent of this government. The screaming governors are possibly out to distract the public. By the way, it is GROSSLY IRRESPONSIBLE of any one called a leader to make claims without evidence. But these guys do so because they are fond of playing with the gullibility of many Nigerians. It is evident from several comments here that a lot of Nigerians have indeed not grown beyond bere parlour comments. One of these governors kept disturbing Nigerians with the senseless rumour that Aisha could not enter the US, until Aisha did. He is protecting his paymaster by distracting people. We all wish that Nigeria has courts. This kind of allegations can land people in big trouble indeed, when you cannot present evidence. I am not suggesting the house may not be owned by somebody in PMB's government. But please show us some evidence, or tell us you were there with him when he bought the house. |
The CEO of SnapChat should apologize. However that does not mean that the status of India and Spain have changed. India has a rich heritage but in terms of the economy, India is not a rich nation! You know what that means. It is the same way that Nigeria cannot be called an economicaly rich nation. One day, India and Nigeria and Spain will get there if we put our acts to gether and stop corruption and corrupt leaders. |
I do not agree with her use of such words. However it must be said indeed that Ozekhome made a brand sometime back that was characterised by forthrightness, truth and integrity. Some of the news in the recent are however quite surprising. He seems to be destroying his own brand or has even done so! |
adem30:Rumour monguering is indeed a citizen of Nigeria. here, falsehood and fake news is the order of the day. EFCC has never for once said this is the owner. They just annonced a raid and showed the evidence. If they did not show it the same set of humans would have accused them of stealing part of it. Just unfortunate that we have some 'thuggish' rulers who add flame to such rumours. In fact, I would think that those 2 governors who are shouting so loud are the ones that have something to hide. It is called 'distraction tactics'. Their paymaster may be the owner after all. |
Is there still a party called PDP? I thought they have scattered now since there is no more to LOOT! |
Good news. I am certain we have more of such good news coming. Thank God for progress in Nigeria. |
