There are exams for each grades which you must pass with distinction before becoming a captain. Stop comforting yourself with hear say.

If you are not comfortable with your pastor, being under his ministry, take a breather away from the ministry till you are convinced he is innocent. If you like, seek your ministerial satisfaction elsewhere.

As you all condemn him now, I hope you will have the courage to withdraw your condemnation if he is indeed innocent and not play the "shebi he is a pastor, he should understand and just forgive jare". At least, last last, you might just settle for one average job and if diligent enough, you can later get a bigger one or have a business.

When my older uncles finished their service years, the multinational firms and security and para military services were lobbying for graduates like a competition audition.
