This is the model I wish to run..

I will buy the cars, buy phones.. register them on uber myself. Get drivers and register each driver to a phone and a car on uber.

Now I have the accounts of all my drivers. I know how much they are all making daily..

My drivers will be allowed to have lunch and buy fuel off the previous days job.

All my drivers will have a unique corporate uniform so that passengers will quickly recognize my cars.
At the end of the month, I pay them salary...


I need someone to tell me why this model will not work...

The current uber drivers are thieves and grow fat off someones resources

Please i would like to know if anyone is aware of Uber or Taxify investigating the Driver that was abducted last week. The whole news was everywhere last week but thats all we have seen so far about it. We all have moved on and praying that God continues to keep us, I feel some questions need to be asked.

I think the plate number of the drivers car was also in circulation and i am sure either Taxify or Uber reps must have seen and read the news......... Have they checked this driver details on their platform and checked the last ride he accepted?? Have they checked if this ride was completed or not?? Have they launched an investigation to see if they can track down the criminals??

If this crime was committed by a supposed rider that used the app to request and Neither Uber nor Taxify could use the riders details to track them down............ Maybe its time for them to improve on their KYC process (at least i know they can track anybody with BVN).......... We cant keep hustling for daily bread and having ghost riders perpetrating evil and making the business a trap for the devil.

It might be time for us to have a Responsive and Proactive Partners/Drivers committee that sees to all these things and that can demand answers using appropriate approach............. There is no E-hailing without the drivers and the least we could ask for is for some level of assurance that we are safe.

If this happened to a Rider, i am sure the world wont be this quiet

Works just fine. Had same issue with my android 5.1 OS phone. But check your internal storage, if it's almost full (less than 1GB) try to get an SDcard or discard irrelevant items . It helped my phone's condition a bit when I did, been getting normalised rates recently.

Is it in this scarcity of request someone wants to save n buy phone?

Camry (Big daddy) is not good for rental on ehailing.
The 35k/week makes it worse. Most of the driver's income will disappear into fueling
I strongly suggest you review the rental fee downward or be ready to change drivers every 30 days.

Hi fellow business gurus. I have a problem oooo and I need advise on what to do.
For the past three days,any time I start trip and log on to google map, I see GPS signal lost or at times its searching for GPS. And immediately I end d trip the price is times 3 or 4 of the normal fare. Though at times I get lower to what's expected. This problem began from when my phone was on android 6. I decides to upgrade to android 7 and I am s having this issue.I don't like this because my riders are complaining a lot. Please what do i do?

Lai lai! The driver must make more than the owner like some people said on this platform .
7k X 30 days = 210k
Those drivers will expect about 100k as salary.
this is a good plan but will it pay the owner since he will pay 70k and also service 20k, then his is left with a little over 100k.
A good plan for the drivers but not a good plan to the owner.
All the driver needs to make daily 10k gross , anything above that is a win win for the driver

anyway she has taken another trip after that his trip n probably paid, if the driver reports she's going to deny not paying, she has done a fast one on him.
By the way if it was me, just tell her I have ur picture meet me on instablog , see the way she will sharply pay u ur money with extra self

Please, how do I handle a rider who refuses to make payment, my account details were given to her for transfer after the trip.

For over a week now she keeps telling me she will do the transfer now each time I call her.

I have sent over 10 SMS to her still she refused to transfer the fund.

What about oil filters that are good for about 15k oil change.. Well am doing a test study on FRAM Ultra synethic oil filter good for 20k ...whether is gud or not I will find out myself... it had pretty good reviews on Amazon,walmart, autozone etc ...like they said the taste is in the pudding... the only way for me to find out how good it is to try it myself...

Good afternoon my people, I will like to share my little experience with you guys yesterday on taxify. I got a request yesterday from Abule-egba to checview estate lekki, we left 1:42pm till 5:15pm we are in agege train station, to my surprise I decided to check the calculating price just to look at the price before I proceed I got #3700.. I was wow rubbish for more than 3hrs not knowing the app has stop counting. The rider ask me to continue the trip. To cut the stories short. We got to lekki 7:30pm. I decided to end the trip I got #3700. I proceeded on price reviews still the same amount.

I told my rider to give #7200 and she agreed, but later her guy gave me 10k for compensation. But to my own surprise. When I check my app was 00 the money wasn't registered as if offline trips. Please I need advice in case of next time. Thanks

Bros It seems u are a newbies on the platform.. there are options were by u get request before dropping off ur rider.. if u are close to the rider destination drop off. it serves as an avenue for the driver not to wait in getting requests.

Okay, I've had enough of this. There will be causalities along the way but if you don't stop spamming threads dru23, I'm going to pull a Walmart on you and kill your oil business. And I can. I can sell at prices you can never touch if I choose to. If you don't stop, I will sell each and every oil you list for half the price until you sell no more. And I can keep it up for years. This has gone on long enough.

I am not a fan of Dru23 because I don't like the way he. Condemns uber drivers, I have 3 drivers and I treat them as I would treat my colleagues, back to this oil war, personally I just think Gazuzz is just a jealous young not happy about the fact that he has a competitor and fortunately for him. He has several ass lickers on this forum to always praise him. Wrong or right. Competition is healthy so you both should do this maturely and stop crashing prices you can't support in a long term.
