I carry this riders from Ayobo to abule egba back to mushin. Almost 3 hours ride on Taxify. They were 3 yahoo guys. The amount was 6k. One did a fraudulent transfer and showed me transaction success which I believed its a screen shot from a previous transfer. B4 I open my mobile app the 3 of them came out from d car immediately. Ran into one very bad joint full with bad guys and girls smoking all type of smokes. I called them to let me get alert b4 they can leave but this guys use speed enter in d midst of crowd. I've been calling the guy, he has blocked my line. If na uber it would have been better. It's way easier to learn from your own mistake than that of others they say. If I had stored the numbers I wouldn't have carried this same set of people, one is black two are light, the black one putting on hood did the transfer after the whole trip with access bank mobile app, a trip to mushin from ayobo with many stops then uber ended the trip at exactly 2 hours, it read 4k, so the return was offline and total was 9k. It was very late in the night and I was feeling very sick so I just left. My instinct told me it was fraud but since it was uber I still had hope of getting almost half back and the fever played a part. In one of the stops they bought a Samsung phone from a guy they must have been negotiating with online and did fake transfer of 45k too, the guy delayed us for like 15 minutes before he later succumbed to their rants of network ish n Co. Now I'm sure the guy's phone is gone too. They've blocked my number now and I've reported to uber but uber said they're not able to look into it at the moment due to technical issue. I'm still waiting, but those guys, I have strong feelings that I would get them

OK let me ask you a simple question, do you switch on your AC all the tym even when you don't have a rider in your vehicle ? If you answer no then you should have noticed that your phone gets hot when either ur uber app or taxify app is switched on coupled with the heat in ur car.

bro I will not support you in this one, i hv encountered such before , d day I entered Uber ordered for me by my sis, this issue almost caused a serious quarel, plz learn to explain things to ur riders biko, money hard to get .
It's improper to start a trip when you feel like without alerting ur rider, most of the riders are not that familiar with d app

It's the person that requests for you, in this case your sister's job to alert you of surge so you can hold extra change. Rider app shows estimates for a reason, you people like putting ALL the blames on the driver. Kilode

because of my job, it's difficult to work full time during the day except weekends. I try to put in about 6 hours everyday where I make between 5k and 8k. I work between 5am and 8am before going to work and 8pm - 11pm after closing from work. For a full day, especially weekends, I have been making 10k to 15k on the average. I decided to stretch the number of hours I put in on Sunday and got 28k. So far, the experience has been worth it.

I carried 2 reverend sisters on taxify 2.1x, fare was 5100, sisters said they used to pay around N2000 and I told them this is not normal fare, it's a surge trip, they can call the person who requested for them for confirmation because taxify would have shown him estimate. They paid me my money and I left. Later in the day a man called me, I guess he's reverend father, he started threatening to report me, I even assisted him on how he can successfully report, I said it wasn't me, it was a surge trip, he said why would I put surge? I didn't want to laugh even though holding back was giving me headache. Next thing the man started cursing, I told him only if it was a fraud will his curse locate me. Maybe taxify has explained better to him cuz I never hear from them, over 2 weeks now

That's very bad. Picked a rider from anthony to bishop aboyade, VI, I ended trip and saw #1100. The yeye app stopped reading on 3mb. Got another request immediately from VI to abraham adesanya, ended trip and I saw #1400, I just weak. Thank God both trips were card trips.

I did a review on a card trip over 3 weeks ago, the initial fare disappeared, reviewed fare refused to appear, up till now the fare has not been added to my money. The day I will stop doing this e-hailing biz for good, I will send them a very mad stinker

I do, I net 13k - 16k with 4k fuel. Scan your car or change your driving style if it's aggressive. You can also change where you buy fuel. Good luck
