An average nollywood celeb is a major attention seeker, they can't keep this kind of story to themselves for a whopping two years. Not one photo evidence of the destroyed farm? In this day and age of camera phones? Five hectares of land is A LOT of land, how many cows did that extent of damage? I ask again, why no photo evidence of the farm? She's trying to stir up sentiments or controversy, eitherways, I ain't buying it.

The woman is an attention seeker. I just went thru her Instagram handle and one strange thing is that she is a staunch supporter of saraki so it interesting that she is bringing up.this incident that is over two years old at this critical time.

In saner climes like the US that you have mentioned rirms seek regulatory approval before posting such adverts

Looks like a lot of people don't understand strategy not play chess.

Beyond defection what else can these senstors offer?

In chess you never put your best foot forward and if you do the timing has to be right and you must go for the kill.

Alot cant even win votes in their own in their wards and recall that most defected to APC to get votes in the first place.

Senate has been adjourned till September and then what will happen

As we speak buhari is still going uncontested and will likely win

I know for sure that he has a large cult followership in the North and has a large support base in the south west. South east and south south is collateral damage a d can be contested. 2019 is afrw month away a d it's presidential election first so let watch and see

I noticed something that has been a source of concern to me....
The aim of this thread is to find out whether it is a normal thing which I never noticed in the past or I'm the only one affected.

My account numbers are connected to my AIRTEL line, I receive alerts and use USSD code for online banking on the line. Recently I noticed that each time I want to do any transaction using USSD code I would be notified that I have insufficient funds. The fact that AIRTEL is not my main line, I barely recharge it coupled with the fact that their tariff is higher than the other line I use.
So each time I see the notification, I would recharge before doing the transaction. I assumed I just needed to have airtime and that I won't be charged for transacting.

However, I just realized that AIRTEL has been charging me #10 each time I use USSD code for any form of transaction including transfer, airtime recharge, account balance enquiry etc.

Fellow Nairalanders.... Are you experiencing the same thing on Airtel or any other network?

Transactions on the USSD platform come at a cost and that cost is shared. Or are you expecting to enjoy free services without paying for them?

Thank you for the info to people here. This is the first thing you should do. My sincere apologies for your loss but I am sure that there were a few security lapses from your end too.

You make it sound like the bank has no done anything to protest your transactions. Funny thing is you have been using the same USSD banking an nothing happened until you lost your phone.

You also mentioned that your brother was the one that registered the phone for you and you went to a retail shop to change the registration.

I suspect you have left out a few details and you are blaming the banks in our typical manner.

There are over 40billion USSD transactions done daily and to be honest banks are trying in terms of security in this platform but we also need to out in out own effort

No sane manufacturing firm will ok invest 300 miiom dollars in a factory plant and not invest at least 1m dollars in a IPP to generate thier own power.

Even smaller factories around mowe ofada axis have thier own IPP!

This news is fake. I just confirmed that the factory is still operating.

I don't know where this news is coming from.

I was employed in a company on the 8th of January 2018, i was told by my employers that i will be on probation for 3months, and i will be receiving starting salary pending the time probation will end, then i will start receiving my normal salary.

Don't think it's a scam so long as you been paid. The thing is your employer might be trying to take advantage. Did you sign any offer letter when you started the job? Is the business s one man business? Do you have other colleagues? If yes ask them how their case was when they started work?

Scam implies that you are working and not been paid but in this case you are been paid. All the best

naija people and superstition. the centipede abi na millipede wont fall from the sky and their bite abi na sting is usually non fatal. you have showed us the poor insect and refused to show us your bedroom.

a few questions come to mind, how did the insect get on your bed surely it wasn't sent by your village people

such insects are attract to humid and dark places

they can also be found in walls with cracks or cervices where they lay eggs or at locations where is there is a lot of damp debris

so I will advise that you clean your immediate surrounding to prevent a future occurrence.

The question we need to ask is how did the baby get to the in door swimming pool located at the back of the house in the first place.

Dbanj stays in a big house in ikoyi and probably has a hand full of house helps, baby is one and just learning how to crawl, the wife also is a full time house wife so my question is how did the baby crawk unsupervised fron his room to the pool? How did he open the door to the pool room?

There are alot of unanswered questions at this moment but my heart goes out to the family stuff this trying period

The best is to resolve it amicably away from the public glare of people or social media.

Nothing will happen to his marriage. It's like you guys don't know and understand how the hausas reason. He will have to resign his current position before he can take up this role so no conflict of interest.

More so NiBSs is not a bank but rather a settlement coy partly owned by the CBN and banks.

He is the right fit for the job if you ask me.
