Christianity Etc › Re: What If Oyedepo Never Left Kaduna? by DeepSight(m): 12:23pm On Nov 23, 2025
LordReed:
It is clear that there is no god listening to any of you. Oyedepo staked his reputation on Boko Haram being defeated in 1 year. That was more than a decade ago, Boko Haram and their offshoots are still here. You people pray and cannot get answer from your god to miraculously end anything.

It is only the effort of men that does anything.
+
Prayer, at the minimum, is therapeutic.

In a sense, directed thoughts through the power of mind, can also influence things in the material world.

I bear witness to this. Some people call it having psychic or mystical powers, but it is in us all.

One thing is sure. The God most people pray to either doesnt exist or doesnt give a hoot about their prayers.

Dtruthspeaker:
I have shown you that even your dictionaries, who are even big on research and argument landed on that definition.

But if you think they are wrong lo, come argue against me. Don't bring a book who cannot answer back.

Since you support that position, then make the necessary arguement in support and I'll argue from this side
+
Lets start.

Your position is that anyone who is not a Christian is a pagan right?

You too Valid my Brother. Christians be tripping thinking they are above everyone not knowing they're Pagans themselves. Holy Communion is a Pagan thing.

Nothing more pagan than that.
Christianity Etc › Re: Just Know That You Are A Pagan If You Still Practice Traditions Like These by DeepSight(m): 11:59am On Nov 23, 2025
Dtruthspeaker:
Am I the one who defined it? Since dictionaries were first written, is that not the meaning of paganism?

All these arguments has been argued before the dictionary was created and it was seen and agreed that Christianity is not a pagan religion. The differences are too clear and wide, hence why the creators of the dictionary had to accept and state that Christianity is not part of paganism
+
From your silly definition all other religions other than Christianity are pagan.
What a laugh.

Go and school yourself.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Netanyahu: No Palestinian State, Even If It Costs Saudi Normalization by DeepSight(m): 11:48am On Nov 23, 2025
Unbiased1:
Nonsense. When you plan to destroy your neighbour instead of having your own independence and neighbour defeats you, its up to your neighbour to ensure that you are never capable of causing any more harm by imposing sanctions, blockades and even a complete take over. Israel should have declared it's sovereignty over all the land after the war in 1967. If Palestinians did not accept their independence in 1937 Peel accords, 1947 UN partition plan and after their defeat in the first Arab Israel war in 1948, it became clear even to the blind that these savages were not interested in their independence. They even had about 18 years from 1949 - 1967 to declare their independence, but they choose to go to war again in 1967. Like I said before, I can't cry more than the bereaved most especially when the bereaved is the sole architect of his/her problems.
+
Right. Its also up to that neighbor to say you shall never be an independent state like it is?
It is also up to that neighbor to decree that you shall never be free right?

And you call yourself a Christian?
What a shame.

Paganism

Lemme ask you a few questions:

1. If islam is the problem, why is the US so friendly towards Islamic states? Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, etc?

2. Why is the US ready to go to war with anyone who dares attack these countries?

3. Why is the US and its allies against Iran, the mortal enemy of the Sunni Gulf States, on behalf of these States?

4. Why does the US and its allies prop up and arm Israel to take out all the enemies of these Islamic Gulf States in the guise of "Israel's security"?

5. Why hasn't the US sanctioned Saudi Arabia for the murder of Khashoggi, or the poor human rights and dictatorship records of these Islamic countries?

6. Christians are not really free in these Islamic states. Where's the western outcry for christian rights in these countries?

7. Why do Christians from all over the world feel safe traveling to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Egypt, for tourism, business, and migration? Where's the Islamic genocide against these Christians or visa denial?

If you believe the US cares more about Nigerian Christians than Arabian oil, you're naive.

My mother is a retired politician. She's 89yrs. I'm 7th of ten children. From Emekuku Owerri. Married and blessed with kids. One is graduating from university soon.

I'm not rich but comfortable enough to be waited on both at home and in my business. I have paid my dues!!!

Nor worry jaare dear Sister wicked Ann.

It's just that online one never knows who is who.

+
It is instructive that most African leaders wish to die in power even when they are incompetent or simply ill.

Look at Paul Biya of Cameroon.

A 92 year old man in power for 45 years or so, wins an election to carry on till he is 100 even when he barely can recognize his surroundings.

When will Africa stop this nonsense. Do your part, leave the rest and go. Your tenth generation will never lack anything already. But no. I must remain there.

Why not think of going to relax in a private island and playing with your grand children?

This generation considers it necessary to publicize everything. They have a meal, they take a picture of it and put it online. They have a family quarrel, they put it online. They go to the bathroom, they put it online. They have an issue at work, they put it online. For heavens sake cant they understand what privacy and discretion mean?

Discretion is the better part of valor, so says a proverb.

I kill a mosquito, I put it online. Haba. Na wah for them oh.

Something like this sensitive surrogacy should ordinarily be reserved as a family secret or at best close friends. But NO - the whole world must know. In future that child will ask questions and the mothers will become shifty. Why on earth not keep it private at least!

At the end of the day, it's all physics. That being said, that doesn't mean that such a phenomenon as consciousness is subsumed in physics as we understand, or even physics that we could possibly understand. Your distinction of an "entirely non physical dimension" may very well lie in the realm of physics that we do not understand.

Fair enough.

But do you believe in the spiritual. The entirely non physical?
