Interesting picture. It is absolutely impossible to shoot with any degree of accuracy while holding a rifle in each hand, particulaly with the muzzle of one gun held pointing at the shooter. Interestingly enough, the man being chased also appears to be clutching a fire-arm in his right hand.

Perhaps all the weapons in this picture are rusted up and useless for anything but posing, and the running men are in fact both cops who are only responding to a rumor that the local gin joint up ahead had been offering credit facilities to cash-strapped customers for a limited time.
