@ Topic I totally agree with you. These corrupt politicians should be given the same punishment as armed robbers and murderers Imagine someone in a sharia state being stoned to death just cos he was too hungry and stole a tuber of YAM, people who are the cause of the hunger are let off the hook with a pat on the back. Imagine someone like Chimaroke Nnamani in the Senate. A confirmed criminal. What kinda laws does a thief wanna make? Imagine Alams with all the atrocities he committed, let off the hook with just like that! What msg are they sending to the new governors? they'r simply tellin them they can loot all they want and eventually get away with it even if they'r "caught" Till they start prosecuting these thieves, the anti-corruption fight, to me, is non-existent! |

Whilst there's nothing exactly wrong in taking up a position lower than one previously occupied, we have to note the fact that in Nigeria, it's done for just one reason - GREED. These Nigerian politicians are greedy. There's nothing like wanting to serve the people. The sole motive is to acquire more and more and more. They are never satisfied. They always want to be in a position to loot. Ther's nothin honourable about their intentions. Everyone is caught up in this crase. Big and small. Explains wht OBJ has made himself life leader of PDP. Crazy, greedy people. Satisfaction is non-existent in their dictionary which has corruption has the first word in it! |

If the street lights fixed along the airport road were stolen, I wonder what'll stop survelliance cameras from being stolen. Besides, with surveillance cameras, it doesnt prevent them from carryin out their militant activities. It just let's you know who they are. And trust me, the Nigerian Police know some of these people already. They fear them. They abandon their police vans and tears off their police uniforms when it gets really hot. These criminals have higher powers backing them up. No be 9ja we dey?! Such a sad story Getting surveillance cameras would just create an avenue for someone somewhere to "eat" govt money. I've lost phones a million times! In d days of welcome back packs, I had stacks of them! You can call mtn and ask them! Although, most of it has been due to my carelesness (eg leaving it in a cab), I'm now a changed person! I started being careful and vowed not to lose another phone. It worked for about a year till May 7th 2007! Burglars came to my home and robbed me of not just one but two phones! But at the end of the day, I thanked God cos it could have been worse!!! 1 Like |

I do not have a problem with people meeting online and subsequently dating, in reality. What I do not understand is how people actually meet onlne and date online. It just doesnt sound realistic to me. |
