It will be a good idea if APC can find the courage to boycott the elections now fixed for March 28th and April 11th. Nigeria belongs to us all and any step taking to stop the impunity of an incumbent administration is a welcome development. Let's see how things unfolds.

At least history has it that Shekau and his rag tag boys were able to hold Nigeria to a standstill to postpone its national election under the administration of Goodluck Ebele Jobathan...Whichever way you look at it Boko Haram is still winning the war...It would be more disgraceful come March 28th and April 11th if all the NE states under Boko Haram is not liberated..

Shekau and his boys would definitely be smiling and smoking skunk today, this is the worse administration Nigeria has ever had.

Change in Nigeria is inevitable, i hate to act childish but if you watched Jega's press conference using your generator please click "Like".

Don't mind the typos my phone screen is cracked, i am just managing to see through..Meanwhile, address the issue...Would Osama have festered around like Shekau, maiming & killing American citizens for this long operating from American soil?

Answer my question or shut up.

pls stop insulting nigerian sodier or FG on this insurgency matter for the sake of political intrest:

STOP IT !!!!

Please i will advice you to stop comparing United State of America with Nigeria on your comments.. Osama never operated from American soil otherwise they would have wiped him out within days or weeks..What kind on nonsense comparison is that?

This is a bunch miscreants initially high on gum sniffing and cough syrup operating from our soil that the clueless govt. would have wiped out as kindergartens but allowed it to fester up untl it has maimed and killed thousands of its Citizens.

Do you think it would have taken the U.S that long to wipe take out Osama if he was operating on Ameroxan soil like Shekau?

I was diagonised for Fistula in ano and was referred to a private specialist consultant surgeon by my Doctor for surgery but as a result of the cost, i decided to check into our General hospital. Well, time will not permit to narrate my experience now,i have a diary of my interaction with the Doctors, nurses & administrative staff of the General hospital which i will make public someday but to cut the long story short, one of the best decision i made was to pick my file and run away from General hospital, break my bank account to pay the private Specialist Consultant Surgeon and today i can testify that our Doctors &nurses in General hospitals are not humans..Shame.

Marriage is for mature minds .

You can't understand these feelings until you tie the knot.. Fortunately, the west does not believe in our marriage of pretence, societal & cultural expectations of you must remain married even when your heart is no longer with him or her and that is the reason why cheating has become an acceptable norm in Nigeria.

Family / Re: “why Marriages Are No Longer Working In Nigeria’ Seun Kuti Breaks It Down by deeptesting(m): 7:52am On Dec 30, 2014
I personally don't dig it when people who are not married especially ladies on NL always take the drivers seat on marital issues... If you are married you will know that submission by the modern woman has become a hydra-headed problem rocking the average family.

It is part of the change modernity & civilization has brought to Africa and the average Nigerian man can't really wrap his head around it.

The population of divorcee's will continue to rise as we move up, however, my only consolation is the fact that it will bring along more independent women and men.

Those women who value the family institution can choose to remain loyal and submissive to their Hubby's even if they are the bread winner, while the men who value the institution will continually love their wives like their own body.

Others can choose otherwise but don't forget we have only the office of the President in our constitution and not that of the first lady.. So also we have one headship in the family.

Insecurity is one big issue that destroys marriages and relationship... Her husband is not cheating on her neither is their any proof that he is cheating on her rather than focus on the advice of her father and continue to work on strengthening her relationship with hubby, she has decided to make something out of nothing... My Sister, if she allows that advice to continue to disturb her inner peace and joy which are necessary for cultivating her home and discussing it with every TOM,DICK & HARRY then she is on the path to making it come to pass..

I wish her good luck.

I simply don't like when children live in their parents house, gets their fees paid by their parents, clothing's & food yet they think the discipline and rules of their parents are repugnant... Bros, i will advice you and your Sister to go rent your house & be free like the wind.. I simply don't see anything wrong with your fathers action but i see everything wrong in your insurbodination and youthful exuberance.

The last part of your statement is baseless & unfounded, your father has a girlfriend yet he saw you and your Sis. through school, clothed & fed you until you are grown to raise a baseless accusation on him.

Because she isn't working is the more reason she should stop imposing her views on the man who is working & paying the bills & try to see issues from his view point. "Them say na person wey wear shoe know where e dey pain am".

Did you hear the Dude say he could barely pay their taxi fare the last time they went out? He has no savings? He is in debt? Be realistic because even God is a realist that is why he created you so beautiful & perfect.

Okay, I dont always do this. Here is my wahala. I am married, living abroad, my wife is 7mths pregnant. We are expecting our baby soon.
Now wifey isnt working, cash is abit tight. An owing some money, we haven't started buying things for baby yet.
I intend to clear my debt in the next 3 mths, and start buying baby stuffs. Now, as am the sole bread winner I want to stop paying my tithe, settle my debts and begin to live Within my financial means, wifey is insisting we pay tithe.
Also, we have Bills, rent and she aint contributing cash. I can't keep asking people for help, I don't like this life style. Presently wifey is vexing. She just went out. So what do you all think, an I wrong.

Please mature comments only.
I personally feel that I need to live within ny means this new 2015. No more extravagant living.

Bruv, God is not a man, he is omnipotent and his judgment transcends beyond the physical.. God does not need your tithe, it is your heart towards him that matters.. I have 2 kids and knows that heaven will curse me should i fail to plan for their future because i want to pay tithe..What God needs from you is a clean and Christ like heart, to serve him in true worship and righteousness.. Plan for your unborn child and unemployed wife..
