Yesterday he visited me at my apartment. This wasn't the first time he was visiting me. We paid each other visits all the time. This time he brought a bottle of wine with him. I prepared food, we both eat and he served us some wine. The last thing I remember is taking few sips and then everything else is blurry.

Next thing I am waking up by 8am this morning with a severe headache, cramped legs and a sore feeling around my vagina. There was something that looked like dried semen on my left thigh and some around my breast. I could also perceive the scent of his perfume on my body. He raped me. The man that claimed to love me raped me. I haven't spoken to anyone since morning, all I've been doing is crying. My phone has been on silent all day.

I want to report him to the police but first I want to look at his face and ask why he would do this to me. I already planned on having sex with him soon. Why couldn't he wait? I want to involve my parents and his parents as well but I don't want this news to spread and take a hit on my reputation. I'm confused about what to do.

Why are men like this? I feel defiled and violated. My mind has been constantly flooded with suicidal thoughts all day. If I make it through this, I'm done with relationships forever.

The herdsmen problem in the country is festering for the singular reason of insincerity,bias n indecisiveness on the part of buhari ,very simple what buhari should do is to get the northern states with vast good vegetation lands such as Nigeria,kogi,kano,kaduna,gombe,bauchi,adamawa,etc,grant repayable loans to them n assist them in establishing large ranches/grazing reserves, while the states draft the rules regulating the use of the ranches/grazing reserves then herdsmen/users can use the ranches/grazing reserves for fees n in compliance with the rules, eventually the loans would be repaid n as the livestock business which shall be organized booms most states would voluntarily key into the programme,I make this suggestions based on the facts that,the fulanis are indegenous people of the north,the northern states has more Land n less population density, livestock rearing is a private business,to allay the fears of other states to the issue of public money being use to sponsor private business etc, there's also the need now for the country to have national data base of her citizens n let the free movement of herders across borders be stop in view of the widespread security challenges they pose,yes it's the right of all Nigerians to move n live anywhere in the country but where the pursuit of a right results to public security problems it should be the duty of government to act sincerely, swiftly n firmly to solve the problem in a manner that it will be good to all,I don't see the herdsmen or most of our national problems as insolvable, it's just the sincerity n will power that's lacking.

Is it not very clear now that the best solution to these herdsmen problem is Ranching?,the federal government should support states with enough Land especially the northern states to build ranches for the herdsmen to register n use for fees, this will make it easier for the livestock/diary sector to be organized, regulated n secured for economic growth, I'm sure by the time this becomes a success states will be scrambling to build ranches n other persons too may go in to livestock business but it appears the fulanis are pursuing a different clandestine agenda with the tacit support of this administration.
