But all these attacks started in the SE, nothing was written in the report about chasing herdsmen, besides it's clear those guys have something to do with IPOB/ESN,the IPOB/ESN if at all they were truly committed to the good cause of defending their SE Homeland should have quietly melted away the moment federal security showed up since they knew they were only an illegal necessity but gragra n lack of tact n foresight wouldn't allow them, this federal government would rather allow ISWAP take some part of the north than allow IPOB/ESN to succeed.

Security Operatives comprising Troops of 6 Division, DSS, and NSCDC led by Brig.Gen. MD Danja conducted a raid on a suspected IPOB/ESN camp in Agbochia forest, and killed seven suspects, and arrested five in the process.

The successful raid was conducted around 6.15am on Thursday May 27 in Agbochia Forest along Pipelines Road Ogali/ Kom-Kom boundary between Eleme and Oyigbo LGA of Rivers State.

During the raid, the combined security operatives engaged the criminals in a gun battle and eliminated seven of them while five were arrested.

Items Recovered

The security operatives recovered two AK 47 rifles,
Two G3 rifles,
One locally made machine gun,
One G3 Magazine,
Three rounds of 7.62mm special,
10 rounds 7.62mm x 51mm NATO,
One cutlass,
Five Baofeng handheld radios with chargers,
Ten black Barrett's,
One NAF Tag and rank of an LCPL,
Thirteen belts,
One locally made helmet with ESN inscription,
36 mobile phones,
One NPF face cap,
Five pieces of boots,
One camouflage T-Shirt,
Three backpacks, and
Other valuable documents.

The camp was destroyed by the security personnel, and the suspects arrested have been handed to the Rivers State Police command for discreet investigation.

With the way the northern Muslim conservative Hawks are fuming over the well taken decisions of the southern governors to tow the path of benue governor ortom to completely ban open grazing,it certainly means the decision is hitting them at the right spot n the decision was the right one,the governors should stay firm n remain very resolute hopefully this might just lead to true solution to the problem, anytime on listen to comments from the Hawks over this issue, instead of arguing from a legal, economic or moral point they always focus on threats but that is clearly failing,it would be better if they realize that earlier before it would be too late.

I don't know how Benue people especially the Tiv how they are reasoning the herdsmen attacks against them,but it's clear that the fulanis has declared war on them due to the anti open grazing law in the state n by implication the refusal to hand over their lands to the fulanis,ekiti state under fayose was the first state to ban open grazing but the fulanis never dare to do what they are doing in benue in the south west but because Benue is in the north n the state people especially the Tiv has refused to accept Islam n fall under fulani dominance and control they must be subdued at all cost, it's an agenda that's back up in high places n the Tiv people should not expect anything other than lip service from this federal government,they should organize themselves and defend their lands n lives or get killed n become slaves disgracefully.

I don't agree with you, please don't equate terrorism with peaceful pursuit of aspirations,were do you see christians bombing n killing people just because they are not christians?,if your logic is to be followed then buhari don't have to sanction pantami because they are all Muslims desiring the success of their faith by whatever means!.
