marvin906:In comparison to modern jet fighters yes it is,now try to find out the speed of an air defense missile even the ones fired by MANPADS n you would see that the Alpha jet is very vulnerable. |
publicenemy:definitely not supporting Boko Haram but don't be so confident,MANPADS are accessible by terrorists,n the Alpha jets in question are relatively slow flying n old fighter jet that are vulnerable to the MANPADS,so until when the real cause of the crash is established beyond doubt I wouldn't rule out any possibility. |
BetterChurch:I'm not surprise one bit,the quality of the statement just showed the educational qualities of it maker n the clear defects in our institutions, but it's very shameful n embarrassing. |
adenigga:For God's sake is this not madness n Amaechi is proud about, but tomorrow shall definitely come. |
Islie:The amazing thing about these Muslim fanatics is that, they will never disclose the exact wordings that the accused use in abusing the prophet for scrutiny but would insist that the man is guilty n kill him,one begins to wonder where is the peace justice n equity about Islam then?. |
mutumina007:If anyone think Tinubu is taking his birthday celebrations to the north ordinarily that person is a fool, the recent active presence of Tinubu in the north is all geared towards 2023, behind the facades of those activities there are certainly going to be meetings to extract political/Islamic commitments n guarantees from Tinubu so as to enable the support of the north, the south most especially the christians need to wake up. |
Grandmeister:I was always baffled by the man's avid support for buhari but I guess the Apc propaganda was definitely very strong n infectious that only those with reasonable information could resist. |
dre11:If anyone can check my history on this forum,he/she would realized that some years back,I wrote that I would not be disappointed if buhari performs poorly but it would in fact be a rude suprise to me if he performs well, that thought was informed by my knowledge of buhari's history, the twists in them n my experience of his rule as military head of state, there were people I argued with so much over buhari before 2015 elections, one particular person who was a university lecturer was so carried away by the Apc propaganda about buhari that was ready to fight over buhari, the man left to Ireland shortly after buhari won,he came visiting a year ago only to relocate permanently with his family but before he left he admitted how utterly disappointed he was in buhari, personally I still stand by my opinion because I don't see anything changing about buhari. |
Racoon:I'm always thrilled reading kperogi's unbiased n well thought-out writes up, from the write up it's clear that Giwon in his overzealousness n lack of foresight created the problem that has now turn out to hurt his own faith more, ironically the same Gowon use to go about organising one meaningless "Nigeria prays", now he is too ashamed to speak out, Even though kperogi's suggested solution is very correct it's almost impossible for it to work because the Muslims who were presented with a free opportunity on Gowon"s platter of gold would never let it go peacefully, this should serve as a good lesson to the christians in position of authority who are found of taking decisions without due diligence but are more concerned about their ego n pride only to look stupid in time to come. |
santakris:Las Las ihejerika would be disgraced mark my words. |
Racoon:Everything about buhari,Apc n their government is fraudulent, dubious n deceitful,so much for change!,ruhaa spits out!. |
marvin906:who told you that?,let them put it on sale first n see. |
fergie001:Buhari is never sincere about the killer fulani herdsmen crisis,in fact he is providing tacit support for them as part of a grand agenda,if not what is so difficult about solving the issue?,the federal government should just let the herdsmen know open grazing is no longer feasible, then liase with the states to establish grazing reserves for the fulanis or any other person interested to use for a fee n other conditionalities simple, igbos produce oil palm in the east but sells it nation be wide, the Tiv farm yams in benue but sells it nation wide, beans is farm in large quantity in Gomb to but sold nation wide etc,cow must not be grazed every in Nigeria before been sold n consumed n that doesn't stop the citizenship of fulanis, but if the present pursuit of a hidden agenda by the fulanis continue then Nigeria is certainly heading for a demised, let some caution the fulanis not to push their luck too far. |
benjackugo:This is absolutely be correct,I'm speaking to from be my own little experience. |
Islie:APC n buhari with his gang of zombies n cheer supporters are nothing but a bunch of deceitful n fraudulent group,by the the time buhari's administration is scrutinized n investigated it's certainly going to be the most fantastically corrupt by far. |
platido:It's the man's money, those dogs are offering him reliable services what of the electricity people?,yet they keep dishing out outrageous bills n Nigerians would say just pay up!,let the DISCOS metre every customer n let the cost of the metres be spread over time with power bills n the fraudulent estimated billing be done away with for good if the DISCOS are serious,it can be done, but if they continue with this fraud then dogs n matchets will be continued to be their portion. |
platido:It's the man's money, those dogs are offering him reliable services what of the electricity people?,yet they keep dishing out outrageous bills n Nigerians would say just pay up!,let the DISCOS metre every customer n let the cost of the metres be spread over time with power bills n the fraudulent estimated billing be done away with for good if the DISCOS are serious,it can be done. |
dumahi:why can't the DISCOS simply buy n fix metres for every client so that the clients can pay their real charge+instalment amount of the metres till final payment, so that the fraudulent cases of estimated billing would vanish permanently, those DISCOS are thieves n I'm sure frustration n anger pushed the man to show them small pepper. |
November1857:Northern muslum states forms organization like HISBAH n nobody fights them but rather leave where they can't bear it but when other states makes legal laws to protect their interest the Muslim hausa/fulanis would declare war rather than peacefully obeying such laws all this happens with the backing of the federal government under buhari, how can there be peace in the country? |
uptimum123:look atew!, wasn't it the same thing Johnathan started before buhari came to power n termed everything corruption n cancelled the contracts in 2015?now he is shamelessly going back to his vomitus n you are sheepishly praising him. |
sarrki:This is wrong n sheer hypocrisy,he is just belittling the authority of the office of governor who is supposed to be superior to a traditional ruler all for his selfish interest it has nothing to do with respect, should a sitting president do such to a traditional ruler simply because the ruler is older than him?, it's should never be about age but respect for me authority of the office, people like el rufai are the ones promoting confusion in the country especially in the north. |
Officialhorlah:yes, its true that the number of security personnel in Nigeria are inadequate but the major problem is not about the numbers but how they are being used,I'm afraid to say that Nigeria is not using her security personnel wisely at all, instead of allowing the civil defense to be competing with n duplicating police duties they should be deployed to perform real civil defending duties like guarding civil government buildings n establishments such as schools, hospitals, secretariats, offices, markets, traditional rulers residence n offices etc while taking the police out of those places, the highway security by the police should be streamlined n shouldn't be an all comers affair in the police, the law should be changed to make way for the improve training n higher weapons for the operational unit of the police like the PMF,CTU,SF to really perform their duties n free up the military from most of those IS duties, the military can then concentrate on their core mandate, again all the paramilitary security personnel should be well trained to handle arms n every security outfit must have a special conbat operational unit that can call upon to support other sister outfit in joint operations when the need arises, the government really need to provide simple but effective tech gadgets for the securities to give them an edge over the criminals, things like night vision Google's ,drones, binoculars etc are very essential not just patrol vehicles with coloured lights sirens, most times when I look at Nigerians government respond to security challenges I just get amused,it appears as if we are not thinking at all. |
valentineuwakwe:Ndume is never been sincere,Boko Haram has been fighting Nigeria for over a decade now yet nobody used that to denied the north the Apc presidential ticket so why using a different standard for the SE or are no igbos who believe in one Nigeria in APC who are good enough to be president? |
adenigga:money Don land, grammar n quotations go yakpa so tey confusion go come enter n dabaru the whole show,n everything go return to square one. |
Kwanza:This is just a bad dream,it will never come true IJN,I will never support another Muslim to succeed buhari, worst of all a far northern Muslim who has worked closely with buhari, I'm sure I'm not alone. |
Metrix147:what exactly led to the killings by the police ab initio? because no matter how terrible the police are I doubt it much if the police would just woke up n decide to kill innocent citizens without a reason, experience tells me that some of those killings are actually not police fault but intentionally push on to the police to win public sympathy due to widespread hate for the police, but the danger is this kind of arson on police stations without prove n with such public support will only make the security problem worse, ironically the public will still blame the police who wouldn't give a damn, the end of it all is,we need to change our way of thought and actions in this country. |
tstx:my brother,e dey shock me oh,we keep producing so call academic genuses all over the world with no practical benefits, it's like we are only good at cramming n memorising than engaging in meaningful logical thoughts n application of knowledge,n our so call doctors, engineers etc are so proud!. |
ogododo:This is a very dangerous move even though it may be with good intentions, other state are definitely going to do same to the various quasi security outfits establish in their domains eventually sending Nigeria towards an unpredictable slide,it would be much better to either restructure the police breaking them into specialized unit n equip them adequately or simply approve the establishment of State Police like osibanjo has advocated for a long time now. |
Ctorch:The arguments of these fulanis is so amazing, imagine the fulanis now threatening everyone!,what one would have expected the fulanis to be saying is that, they can't afford to buy enough lands required for ranching but they accept that open grazing is no longer feasible therefore the states government with the support of the federal government should establish the ranches or grazing reserves for them to use for fees, but it would appear the fulanis are more interested in conquest n dominance rather than peaceful Enterprise n coexistence, but whatever is giving the fulanis the courage to threaten others would eventually push them to their rightful place, let them continue. |
EcoBrick:I awaits FFK confirmation of this development before commenting on it. |
Oluboh:All this is just to save face, the northern Farmers are worst hit,if there's anything this blockage has proven that if not for political power the north can't threaten the south, infact the real food producers are the middle belt states who are no longer ready to accept hausa/fulani dominance again, most of what the far north produce are perishables n not worthy to be use to threaten anyone, the south can grow most of the crops in the north if they really desire to but the reverse is not the case, the south is definitely more viable than the north, the north can continue to decieve themselves, but the fact is without political power the north knows they wouldn't stand the south, the era of the so call one United north is gone. |
VEXT:Mumu people, nonsense!. |
