If tomorrow, out of frustration and anger, they take to the streets to vent their anger, and as a result there is an outbreak of violence, the same cretins cheering on this obvious fraud would come here to tell us Tinubu and Buhari are behind the violence. Why should materials meant for the opposition strongholds go missing at the ninth hour? All of these are a frightening signal of what awaits us in the forth coming general elections. The govt listens to and understands no other language but violence, and obviously, they encourage it.

In recent months, these governors are having one meeting or the other at different locations. Most nigerians have taken sides with or against them but nobody seems to care about the implications of their frequent out of station trips. The private jets they use, the hotel or guest houses, the ground transport, the security personnels attached to them. I am sure its the tax payer of their respective states that foot the bills. How does their political future affect the ordinary village woman in their states. These governors have left the reason why they were voted (or rigged) into power which is provision of basic infrastructure and leadership for their states and are busy gallavanting the whole country at public expense. Now when was the last time any of them commissioned projects in their states?

In saner climes one caan quickly say that their deputies hold the steering of the states machinery why their principals are busy gallavanting, but here in Nigeria, we all know that the deputies are glorified commissioners and as such can't do anything meaningful without recourse to their 'ogas at the top'. The result of this is that these states have been held hostage and governance put on hold.
Btw I am also very much interested in the job description of a governor too.

danny301: Its a good thing that Ameachi is mending fence with GEJ because there is no alternative to peace but for you to say that G7 instigated him to fight any war either meaningless or meaningful is misleading... It may be true that the G7 capitalized on the fight between GEJ and Ameachi to fight another course but say they were the cause of the very fight between Ameachi and GEJ is definitely not true... Its no secret that the oil well case between River and Bayesa and the demolition in the first lady's home that didn't go down well with her are the remote causes of the fight between the two Politicians (GEJ & Ameachi) and to the best of my knowledge G7 has nothing to do with the above mentioned issues.
