tbaba1234: Simply observing the limits. Free-mixing with non-mahram is not acceptable so whether they are having tutorials or not does not matter.

It is not extreme at all, actually it happens all the time. The man's brain is differently wired form that of a woman, that is why a man and a woman can not be 'just friends'. It doesn't work. Only girls seem to think, this works.

This video was an experiment in this regard:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_lh5fR4DMA

Notice the response of the guys when the girls were not there. That is how 80% of men think.
I can not see it now.

I dont think that Islam is against one on one interactions between a man and a woman when they are not behind closed doors. But maybe because they would be seeing each other for long is the reason it is being viewed in this manner.

That they may have feelings is really somehow to me. That it happened in A case does not mean it has to apply with everyone. It sounds even ridiculous- like someone cannot contain their emotions and falling for whoever they have long interactions with.

She is in school now but will eventually find herself in a larger society with co workers. Would it be right to assume that she'd get into a feelings having spree?

Is having feelings even haram. provide proof please, if yes.
IslamRe: Muslim Singles, Let Us Have A Talk by deols(op): 9:40pm On Oct 12, 2013
In my case though, I find it very easy to talk about these things. Maybe because of my profession.

I dislike it when people give the weird looks or act like it is abnormal to talk about sex.

Esji80: Are u saying d@ d level of libido is directly proportional to d height of an individual?

If u r short u've low.If u r tall u've high??

D@ means is nt advisable for sm1 to marry a person d@s taller than him/her?
noooooo

i mean that many people fall in the average category. only a few have extra high or too low.

so people should not worry too much about it. But to be on the safe side, it is better to talk about it.

FamilyRe: Please Advice Him If He Should Marry The Child Of A Mentally Disorder Person by deols(f): 9:26pm On Oct 12, 2013
The fear is reasonable. There could be a genetic factor to the mental illness which means that the lady can have it and so can the children she will give birth to.

FamilyRe: Does The Way One Is Brought Up Affect One's 'future'? by deols(f): 9:21pm On Oct 12, 2013
You need to forgive your mother. You need to start treating her right even if she does not reciprocate it. You don't want your children to learn how to treat a mother badly from you.

Forgive her and see how free you'll become. Your mind at rest, you can easily live your life devoid of the past drawing you backward.

That you worry about your children already shows that you are not like your mother and won't treat your children badly.

Now, Love your life and stop worrying. Feel good and be optimistic.
FamilyRe: What Proffession Would You Want Your Children To Take On? by deols(f): 9:09pm On Oct 12, 2013
The way people say Dr. lawyer, etc sef. You'd think people already know better.

I am a medical student. Well, it is what I wanted. But there are many frustrated students around. Many are in it because their parents wanted it. When things get tough, they have the whole world to blame but themselves. They don't want to work it out since they never actually wanted it.

Many of them failed or quit in the early years. see wasted time and energy. They may never even recover from the failure.

Fulfilment and a good quality of life are what matter most. That should be the goal, career- wise.

You can guide them into choosing. But don't force them.

So what would my children's profession be? - What they find fulfilling!
FamilyRe: What Are Those Things U Can't Imagine Urself Doing? by deols(f): 8:57pm On Oct 12, 2013
A distinction between how you think the world is and how it really is.

The way you ask to be treated is the way you are treated.
not every man is turned on by "sexy" dressing though.

might be risky to assume every man is the same.
The idea is not to turn him on. Who wants a 24/7 anyway?

You dress for yourself first. People can then admire it on you. He will admire it.
IslamRe: Muslim Sisters Circle by deols(f): 8:45pm On Oct 12, 2013
the best thing is to find someone else to join at it. If you are three, things are better.

I don't buy the idea of them having feelings as a reason to keep away. You have feelings when you want to. and what if she does have the feelings and it leads them to something good?

Are we going to keep away from everyone for fears of having feelings?. In fact they don't even need to have this tutorial together before feelings can develop.

It appears extreme to even assume that that can happen.

IslamRe: Muslim Singles, Let Us Have A Talk by deols(op): 8:34pm On Oct 12, 2013
Sissie: my views don't ask for references
But I think one can ask question like,
1. What are your views and expectations.
2. How willing is the person to trying new things within the limits and all that.
3. What's your fantasy.
When intending couples can already talk about these things, I give them a pass mark smiley
IslamRe: Muslim Singles, Let Us Have A Talk by deols(op): 8:23pm On Oct 12, 2013
I don't think asking the question is soo essential.

Majority of people are in the average group of having just the average amount of libido. That is why we have more average height people than the tall or short. I mean, same principle.

So, without asking the question, majority will marry someone that has just as much libido as they do or whose does them no harm.

But of course there is always the exceptions and in that case, asking puts the mind at rest and the possibility of getting on with the right partner is increased.

Not many would be able to do that. Especially if brought up in our conservative society. They could pray and just trust in their prayer. Istikhara could lead them to the right partner.

When we focus on the mundane while neglecting the more important things, there is something wrong with us.

The president should be shaking ASUU members and not footballers.

tbaba1234: Do you call your hijab, khimar? The proper name is khimar. That is what is used in the Quran. Hijab has become synonymous with the woman's clothing.

There are probably many other examples
Then the meaning would have to be put into consideration. What does Eid ul kabir mean?

would it be acceptable to say that an eid is kabir and the other saghir?

I would need a proof to accept that grin

It is going to be the same in marriage. We'll meet when need be and won't be a cause of insecurity for anyone.

TV/MoviesRe: Missing Episodes Of Doctor-Who Found In Nigeria by deols(f): 5:57pm On Oct 11, 2013
naptu2: Dr Who is a time lord who travels through time and space in his Tardis (Police box). In the earlier series, it is said that the Tardis has a fault. This means that they usually end up in a different planet or century from their intended destination. In the later series, it is said that the Tardis has a mind of its own and decides where it wants to take the Doctor.

The Doctor is often accompanied on his travels by some humans. They often have to fight against aliens, robots or ancient gods.
Thanks.

I have seen something like this on mbc but I can't remember the title and if it was a series but it looked old school.

The man travelled through time to ensure that a rapist got sentenced.
