Where I live in Lagos, we have about 130 families living in our CDA. Over 100 of them are Igbos. In Lagos, there are LGs you can point out that are dominated by Igbos or at least split in half with the local tribe. And there are clear settlements like these in states around Nigeria, including the North (Biafra aside).

I wonder if you can say the same about Ijaw? Not phantom guesses but corroborated claims outside Ijawland. In fact, can you for a fact point out Ijaw settlements outside the shores of Nigeria?
