CoronaVirusPro:Obi clearly published a handover note with the state finances in green before leaving office. Proper management of citizen's wealth at it's best. He remains the only Southern Governor to have done so since 1999. If we tell you to produce any document showing the state of Lagos finances when your principal handed over now, you will start searching the sky for what isn't there.

EquitableTech:I don't think the thugs in Lagos got this memo, as they were told to look out for people who look nice, no matter the origin☺️ |
psalmsjob:Which kain rock are you living laidis? 🤣 Me that is just observing break, to resume work again in less than 30 mins time. No work extra days nah, make expenses kpai you. That you have to call that bread #800 sure me say you don't know warris going on for quite a while now. |
FreeStuffsNG:It is not by claiming graduate up and down; you should be able to demonstrate an astute level of discernment to show you were actually educated up to tertiary level. When I noticed a discrepancy, the first thing I did ( as someone who did his own research in tertiary institution ) was to run a Google image search for the image to see the source (within seconds). That way, I don't have to stupidly conclude that something is true or false, without knowing for a fact. 😏

At this point, all interested Presidents/Governors should just file a case in court and battle it out, instead of bothering us with elections and billion-naira budgets for them. |
Lol. Umahi should do something better with his time. That's how they will 'South-East' the next few years until another election cycle, with nothing to show for it. Half a year is gone already. Too much hobnobbing with his fellow politicians should not remotely convince him that is possible to herd his peoplein one direction like cattle. |
CRNetwork:Going to Biology Class, SS3, after fertilization, the sperms are destroyed by the female's immune system or by the acidic environment of the vagina. |
If you see the kind of persons who parade themselves as 'force men' in Imo State, you'd not be surprised over the nefarious deaths and unexplained terror activities in the state. |
YorubaDemonswag:Exactly the address you gave. For someone who lives in Lagos, you don't need a six-year old newspaper publication to tell you that. But then, you are what you are 🤗 |
YorubaDemonswag:Six years ago? I thought you meant he lives in Lagos. School is not scam o. |
YorubaDemonswag:Thanks for this. Kindly help with his address. I'd like to pay him a visit. |
What is the point of this tribal debacle, Chief? That an airline was sidelined for a serious breach, but that sanction was lifted "within minutes" should concern anyone with how serious these regulation folks actually take their jobs. |
IN the last six months, the three tiers of government- Federal, States and Local Councils, have shared N5.57 trillion as allocation from the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee, FAAC, according to Saturday Vanguard’s checks.https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/12/tinubus-first-6-months-fg-states-spend-hugely-citizenry-not-feeling-impact/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kKzk_Qz4gI?si=hbaZ_FlqE_AUxFcl Flashback to when the Northern Elders Forum advised the Nigerian government not to resist any move for secession by the Igbos if it is supported by the people of the region. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, the then Director of Publicity and Advocacy for the Forum said Nigeria cannot afford to fight another war to keep the Igbos seeing that the country is already on her knees and already burdened with failures. |
xxgig:Ahaa.. I thought it was just coincidence. Thank you for confirming it. |
I am quite disappointed in some of the moderators of this forum. After using my investigative skills to unveil alternate monikers/bots on this forum and reporting them, I am quite disgusted to see them still running riot on thread after thread 😠 What's more? These same monikers (opened within hours of each other in a two-day period) are present on threads opened by the OP. If you doubt me, take a look at the threads below opened by this OP. That pretty much tells you who's behind them. 👉https://www.nairaland.com/7903929/fg-opens-e-passport-offices-italy 👉https://www.nairaland.com/7919973/olubunmi-tunji-ojo-probes-correctional-service 👉https://www.nairaland.com/7906447/photo-interior-minister-olubunmi-tunji-ojo 👉https://www.nairaland.com/7919325/nigeria-seeks-un-assistance-prison 👉https://www.nairaland.com/7890058/tunji-ojo-inaugural-meeting-nscdc-nis In fact, if you look at these threads, and compare it with one another, you will discover at least 3 more bots/alternate accounts, including the first to comment on this thread. Worst is, the report was hidden as if something would be done about them, but guess what? They're on this thread, months after being reported!

Waste at the top and bottom. The citizens are alone in their Nigerian struggles. |
I really don't give a f**k about where Dangote pitches his tent. He's a billionaire by all ramifications and I do not see this economic crisis impacting his billionaire status anytime soon. Of more concern to me is that within a month, the cost of the preferred powdered milk I and my family use increased by 30%. Within a month!! |
The time is 6:00 AM. Look up there to see someone's mindset already in the early hours of this morning. May God remove all manner of frustration from our lives, Amen. |
Like if you expected someone to be behind this news and was searching the pictures for his face🌚 |
I think the first and foremost thing is to clarify the role of the Courts in elections. In Nigeria, the courts are more powerful than the election exercise itself. In summary, they are more powerful than INEC essentially. Next is to formalise the supremacy of INEC Guidelines and Regulations over Electoral Acts. Why? Those Guidelines are made in line with current realities. Electoral Acts can easily become obsolete once a better technology comes onboard. We became the laughing stock of the world when iREV which guarantees real time updates was relegated to the background of the elections. Technology drives transparency in today's affairs. For us, we had a glitch that can best be described as comical. That in itself, defined 2023 elections as an electoral heist. |
That's the beauty of the internet. All of the criminal politicians we are having today would have hidden away their criminal tendencies. |
beekind:You don't mean it 😁 Well, if your love for her is greater than your need to multiply, then marry her by all means. It's not like we are not already many in Nigeria. |
I hope we are seeing the Lagos model? It is no surprise why they are at least twice as indebted as the next most indebted state in Nigeria. Ambode really tried to reverse the model, but we all saw how that ended. |
Fuckyoumod:You ass! If he was leaving himself to and into every challenge, he would have a career akin to that of Jack Wilshere. What he did is unprecedented in modern football, and quite remarkable for such an ambitious player. |
I hope this is not detrimental? Her hands look prehistoric now. |
Hmmm.. If we are to prioritise the relevance of women to childbearing, are we not going back to our forefathers time? |
A bit of knowledge would have helped prevent this bland show of ignorance. How are FAAC funds allocated in the first place? Isn't it by population? If yes, then, what exactly is the point of this noise? 😏 |
