4evergod3: FYI there are just 2 flats left in this apartment and out of the two one just got taken today. Now if nine flats are being advertised since may and it took 2 months to rent out all nine do you think the apartment has issues? This is one of the nicest yet cheapest apartments in thomas estate and I say that with full authority.

I do my best to advice landlords about pricing but most of the time all you can do is advice... they are the ones to decide at the end of the day. I am not one of those agents who follow the "higher the rent higher the agency" philosophy as I have a human face. And so you know, some landlords do not cut corners when building their houses as they want it to be well done up and the 2 bed apartment in question here is marvelous and i think based on how expensive the finishing is, they pegged an equivalent rent to it. Let me give you an example.

1) the 2 bedroom apartment has all rooms finished with P.O.P
2) Living room is super massive with dining
3) Spanish tiles everywhere
4) both rooms ensuite with mini jacuzzi and it also has a visitors toilet
5) Kitchen is massive and fitted
6) Kitchen also has store and kitchen cabinet is finished with marble
7) Imported fitted kitchen and wardrobes
water heater in bathrooms and kitchen
9) Stainless steel imported railings
10)Really expensive bullet proof doors, e.t.c

Now tell me the price is high. If you built your house with this level of finishing what price would you peg it?

Monies realised from this unholy venture could have adverse effect on the individual and also when such money is used to train up a child, you know the result. We contend with a lot of things, which more are as a result of our past wrong doing and we blame it on house hold enemies. We can try to reason it out with the excuse of the situation of the coutry, funny enough the same guy will course and abuse the leaders for currupt system but forgetting that he is a partaker of those destroying the system.
With is hard work and experience he could have secured a good employment in some company that values experience more than certificate (some expert establishments) without presenting a fake result. Let him confess and beg for mercy, then suggest he would resign because he had repented, he could be favoured who knows, rather than being disgraced and have a long life dent on his personalty.

It was God that saved me in feb....i boarded airnigeria abuja flight....that flight was something else...it was a matter of life and death...i had never seen people pray that hard in my entire life....even the air hostesses that were supposed to be calm were all sweating and you could touch the fear on their faces....lagos to abuja seem like 5hours that day...there was no promise i did not make to God that day....i developed phobia for flying from that day.....airnigeria is a walking coffin..its a disaster waiting to happen.....thank God this man came forward...

addey: I flew chanchagi too in 2009 from PH to Lagos; Hmmm brother it was hell and that was the last time i flew that airline.
But to think of it which Airline is safe in Nigeria, Talk or Aero or Arik they are all rubbish Airlines, most of their pilots are inexperience pilots
if you see the way they land their plane you will only wonder.
The problem is that we Nigerians we don't complain. As you disembark from the plane you say thank God I don escape but it may be one of love ones next time

stop deceiving people...i flew airnigeria from lagos to abj in feb..and i had my heart in my mouth throughout the duration of the flight...God was our saving grace that day..everybody called unto his or her God thruout the flight...what a bumpy ride...the aircraft self was stuffy,smelly and outright crappy....seems they added more seat rows so as to maximise profit because the inside of the plane was so small the air hotesses had to walk in a funny way...
