BRILLIANT news!!! I am so happy!

Did someone say travelling by train is longer? Why is that? I would have thought that it would be costlier but faster?

Does this train stop in Ibadan and go as far as Ondo and Ekiti? If not, then the other governors should seriously look into it.

All in all, I love this latest development!

Kobojunkie:
^^^ Yes, Showing the males that the way a woman fights her battles is also by lobbing INSULTS at others (who do not see things her way, or makes her feel threatened or takes attention from her) makes her more appear invincible, huh?  That is the example every Nigerian male/female needs to get from Nairaland, abi?

Why not be fair and retain the insulting posts on other thread. That was we can have equal and fair bouts of this sort every day.
Now, you're talking, wretch! It's about the attention, right? Oh dear, you should have said, i'm quite generous, you know. You need to understand the circle of life sweetie, at one point, Britany Spears was running the airwaves, then came beyonce, then came Rihanna e. t. c. Yorubas would say: makan, makan loye nkan.

Kobo, you are washed up darling, you are yesterday's news, today's chip paper. You have to leave when the ovation is loudest but shame that you never got one. You eased out and no one notices until you went into the cuckoo house and returned yet, they paid you no mind. Life is a BIATCH!!

A word of advise from one female to another. Crawl gently to a very dark corner, take a few deep breaths, tilt your head to a side and just DIE!!

I mean, what are you good for? You are washed up, loosing your marbles and you haven't got a man to shine your congo! I mean, you don't even know the meaning of the word c.u.m!

Kobo, abeg, do humanity a huge favour and just go kpeme for one side.

Don't worry, I am well aware of what your problem here is. Here's hoping someday you will not need to use crass grammar when expressing yourself. Maybe then, responses to your own posts most overwhelm you as much as they do today.

Anywho . . . goodluck!
Kobo,

as much as I avoid taking delight in subjugating those deficient in the mental arena, I have to make an exception here and say you are right nit witt! A deluded old wretch!

What exactly is your problem here? That I used the word c.u.m which is a valid word with a dictionary entry or that you think its a dirty word? Who exactly decided that? Who is the authority that made it a dirty word exactly? No, don't tell me, its the loony toon troll on NL otherwise known as Kobo.

YOu need to back off right now as I do not take kindly to mischevous busy bodies like you who do not possess any ability to comprehend or express themselves accordingly.

Kobo, you got this one wrong. You either explain how the word c.u.m is dirty or you keep your filthy ragged old fingers to yourself!
PoliticsRe: Why Do Ladies Shy Away From Politics & Political Discussions? by Desola(f): 3:44am On Nov 11, 2011
You see what I mean? Kobo, I refuse to do this with you. I can't comprehend you at all!

Even when i'm not engaging you, reading your posts wear me right out.

Kobojunkie:
Is it possible that you are assuming that the picture you have of me in your mind has to be the CORRECT one? I mean I asked you a simple question --- you chose to drag it out almost one page, before finally answering that simple question. Are you sure I am the one who caused all that ? :-/I think it is the one who wishes for mind-reading abilities i.e not content with allowing people be as they are, that is more likely to end up in the nut house. If you doubt it, look it up for yourself. Majority of the people whose stories we are aware of, who were not content with not having control over everyone around them ended up right there. Sorry, I don't speak your language. A woman stooping to pee absolutely nothing to do with using such crass language. Again with the disconnected stew. What has heavenly pleasure to do with urinating? What has it to do with using vulgar language, language that I am sure you are unable to repeat in front of those that raised you.
Child, stop trying to psychoanalyze that which is obviously beyond you. When someone asks you a simple question, don't start rambling simply because of your need for attention. Remember, you can use this to showcase your intelligence, or at least pretend you are, something I think those after you will benefit more from.

Please no need to continue assuming you have PSYCHIC powers. . . . continue with your argument there  . . . . I only wanted to know why a woman would stoop that low.
i'm glad that i've been able to answer your "simple" question but you have to admit, kobo that nothing is ever simple with you. You, just as your name is complicated.

I do wish I have psychic powers to see if you would eventually end up in the nut house as that would put my mind at rest because I really do think you should be sectioned, honey.

As to how a woman could stoop so low? Well, it's the same way you stoop to take a pee or a s.hit - Naija style, you get me?

Anyway, except of course you haven't experienced that heavenly pleasure, you should know what a c.u.m means but given your state of mind, your congo probably haven't been shined of recent or at allhuh

^^^ again, I asked you to explain your own word. That is all this has been about. Why are you having a hard time doiing just that? Why are you trying to prolong this more than necessary?
Okay, Kobo. I didn't want to answer you because I don't get you at all. I have seen so many threads where you don't contibute sanely to. You ask questions just as you are doing now and when you are asked a question, you dance round it or provide answers which do not correlate.

Basically, Kobo, I think you have lost your marbles. I don't really think you have all your nuts and bolts intact up there. I know it sounds really harsh coming from another female but I don't like to engage you at all.

In a final attempt to answer your question, however. I used the word c.u.m because your friend - stillwater, asked me in her previous post to "come harder".

Have I been able to answer your question?

No I was not involved then, I was more or less a reader back then that just come and have a good laugh. Yes there was tribalism back then with people like NINE2FIVE etc I have forgotten the rest now but not as bad as it is now.

Then I simply ignore it just like everyone else. until 2007 when Nchara joined then things changed. This Human formed so many logins just to bash the yorubas. At first I use to laugh about it until 2010 after 3 years where it hit me that if I keep looking at him he would just keep getting worse and worse.

Read Ileke idi's post from the start, I am a witness she was NEVER TRIBALISTIC but I guess it got to her as well. hmmm
and what is wrong in being tribalistic? You want us to be nationalistic but not tribalistic. Abeg make all of una go siddon for one place jo. So, because Lord Luggard lumped my nation up with some other strangers i should now lose my sense of belonging and assimilate into a manufactured nation?

I bet you'll be proud of me declaring my Nigerianess and boasting of the super eagles in the midst of Ghanaians or other Africans but its a taboo to boast about my ethnic group among others in Nigeria.

People just like deceiving themselves sha.

Rotflmao. Do I smell some YM going on? NLders don't change. Buhaha. You think I'm a tribalistic wench like you that get org, asms from 'my tribe's better than yours' amala politics . It's apparent you are dense that's why the only thing you can decipher from this back and forth is 'oh she's fighting for her tribe'. Putting it in plain language for the olodo at heart, if you are the face of women in politics, I'd rather resign my gender because you are a disgraceeeeeeeeeee to all things female. cheesy

And I'm being nice. grin
Poor you, why shout yourself hoarse? You don't have to be tribalistic like me to at least contribute to the topic at hand do you? So far, all you have been doing is trying to take on the 'almighty' Desola to show her that you too get mouth for dia but darling, you haven't.

Take a look back at your posts from the first to the last and see how many times you've mentioned 'tribalism' "ibo vs Yoruba" "Amala politic". You might think that you're doing a great job at hiding your hurt but your see as wind blow your yansh open so?

I present no apology for being "tribalistic" darling. I thrive in it, I love my ethnic group more than any in Nigeria or the world for that matter and unabashedly declare that I want my land devoid of chest beating, ingrates who feel that by infiltrating it, they can overrun it, mba! So, if that makes me a witch, a tribalist, a bigot then by all means put all those feathers in my cap and make them colourful too - preferably green and pink. Thank you.

But let's try and not turn this tribal, please. Lets give some other women who are actually intelligent and devoid of tribalism a chance.

Can you do that for me? Would it make you happy if I said you have won and I throw in the towel just for the sake of others? would it?

Okay, stillwater okoro nwanne, you win, you are the best, never met anyone this eloquent, this dogged, this. . .i'm running out of adjectives now o,

I am also glad to have inspired you and to have added to your vocabulary.

P.s: this is not a political debate. It was just an opportunity for you to have a cat fight to get back at a chick who derided your tribe. You are hurt, I get it but I can't heal your wounds. The scar stays with you forever and I'm glad to have left it there.
