If what he took into office is still all he has then it means He spends all he earns in a month, in that same month. So if say he earns say 5million in a month...he makes sure to spend it all before the next salary/pay. He saves nothing. Someone had 30million before he got into office and he is being paid say 5million every month for over 50months now and he is saying he still only has 30m just imagine the kind of president we have.
