If you've ever attended concerts, major sports events, you will clearly see women amongst the security details and crowd control officials, security/safety is not about one person and his biceps, its much more than that

you also need more work on your cv, especially in your work experience, it should include more details; go through more CV online or job descriptions of your preferred role
