jjman2322: i guess everyone in the world who have a certain attraction to only specific features in a woman have a closed mind too..very true, dont take it as an attack its just preference, some people would never marry a white girl, that doesnt mean they wont find some attractive though ![]() now lets get back to easing you back into the culture/country and less on the attacks, welcome to nairaland |
jjman2322: thats my problem.. i dont live in abuja/lagos.. dont even know anyone there.. my whole life = enugu..yea true ,ost people that move back go into the big cities first before venturing out or at least make a link surely you should have relations in abuja/lagos/ph Try Port Harcourt [with ya police guard] until you're comfy going without and then Calabar nice cool town and i heard the gals look like indians ![]() |
What i still cannot fathom is you saying that you are not attracted to "ANY" of those girls.. At enugu ?
very possible {not all of them though} especially if you have a closed mind |
Why dont you You might also want to make friends in bigger neighbouring cities where there are a lot of 'I just came back from USA guys/gurls' they'll probably be working with oil firms and IT firms so you'll have a lot in common and wont have to pick up the bills you are also likely to meet indians whose parents have been around working for govt here or there in Abuja/Lagos |
Travel more, there's more to Nigeria than Enugu get a hobby on the side and be open {guarded} |
Bro Kano & Lagos both have similar business /commercial features. Kano's probably the next biggest commercial city behind Lagos (& it's probably even ahead of Aba & Onitsha). Kano is the "city of commerce" according to their slogan. With this said, I think it's a really great development. Nonetheless, with successive focused governments, all other strategic cities & towns should be linked up too.
those slogans are outdated bro, it's being deserted since the development of Abuja and constant rioting |

tayoccu: @opLagos-Kano To take of in June 2012 The Ministry of Transport has disclosed that rail transport from Lagos to Kano will commence fully by the end of June, and that the Onitsha river port will also be commissioned soon. This was made known at a two-day forum in Lagos organised by the Ministry of Trade and Investment for industry stakeholders in the country to enhance growth and productivity in the sector. The disclosure was made by the Permanent Secretary in the Transport Ministry, Mr Nebolisa Emodi, who represented the Minister of Transport, Mr Idris Umar, at the forum. Sijuwade told the News Agency of Nigeria that although the commencement of the Lagos-Kano train service had been postponed twice, “it would surely be restored this July”. He said, “The railway engineers have just returned from the final inspection of the tracks; our contractors are now working on the minor adjustments recommended by the engineers. “We are going to begin trial runs very soon, and most likely, full restoration of train services between Lagos and Kano before the end of this month—July 2012.” |

I know of a lady that got her employment letter from zenith bank as a marketer her pay is 70,000. The pay doesn't worth the stress in bank marketing.
