Yinkzy03:
Helloooo my people,

Now i got an email from a different Property Manager (I'm guessing she is now the new Manager in charge of our property) on another complaint, see below the mail:

Good afternoon,
I do hope that this email finds you well.
We have had another noise complaint regarding this property.
Please ensure that you keep the excessive noise such as banging down to a minimum.
If we receive another complaint we will have to take this further.

I have got a lot of things against her but then again, i need to add more points to ground her, hence my coming here and also to share.

The said tenancy agreement was for 6 months and expires next month, we have indicated our interest in renewing to avoid the stress of moving house, and she even went ahead to send us a new contract the same time she sent this mail.

I will reply her as soon as i get enough points and will ensure i copy their general office email and see what comes out of it.
As you're not in a very flexible position moving etc. Just send another standard apology and explain you have fitted very thick rug/carpet to reduce the noise and also you're constantly monitoring the baby. I dont think the agent themselves want to deal with an empty property

you have grievienance against the same tenant making the complaint or the manager?

Does anyone know the reason for SanwoOlu's rebuttal? was he angry Gbadamosi mentioned Alpha Beta or Mr Salis keeps saying the commonwealth of the state is with an individual?

The debate was very good but a bit too formal

That case looks/sounds weird. She fell onto her own knife?

involuntary manslaughter maybe..?

I've joined the Name checkers association when it comes to these knife crimes- absolutely gut wrenching seeing Nigerian/African names lipsrsealed

Are you indirectly telling me broadband will also give me 8am to 8pm appointment?
it's possible- depending on your provider and the location. Some might be considerate to offer you 8-2pm or 2pm-8pm appt cool
except your going for mobile broadband Option where you set it up yourself
TravelRe: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by DisGuy(mod): 1:48pm On Jan 08, 2019
Congrats Sutelk!!

You might have to eventually book a day off- try to get all those tradesmen/deliveries/gas/broadband etc to come on a specific date- they are not very nice offering to come anytime between 8am-8pm grin

I can tell you today that no Executive Secretary of NHIS has completed a full term in office without being sacked or suspended, apart from Mohammed Dogo, the pioneer ES, so it’s not just about this administration,” Adewole said.
Sounds about right...its a cesspit of an Act..

and the HMOs are feeding fat, bribing petitioners and legislators upandan when they get queried by NHIS

Making health insurance compulsory is like asking everybody (whether earning an income or not) to pay tax simply because they exist.
Just imagine revenues from one oil well is dedicated to Health and Education in Nigeria....

Thank you all for your responses I really appreciate. Thanks!
Please I have another question, can a mother who is a British citizen living in the uk fill for her daughter who is 25years and lives in Nigeria to come and live permanent or settle in the UK with her? Why I asked is that a classmate of mine is here and I asked her if she came in through visiting visa, she said No that her mum fill for her, so she had a legal stay. She said that all her siblings are British citizen and live in the UK. Please do UK do such? bc I know that it is very possible in USA but for UK I am not sure so I decided to ask. I will appreciate your responses dear house.
You dont belive your friend?

Anyone claimed Tax Rebate last year?

Any heads up on this.

Justwise, davechapelle, lexusgs430,marylandcakes, disguy et al.
Not me...I've always thought it's for self employed or people that changed jobs within a financial year or those that have more than one job...
like Oga Lexus said wait for the letters or else they will be calculating Wubbish for you.... in the past 3 years my mum keeps getting cheques for refunds after getting letters saying she owes them...as a sharp madam she cash her cheques sharp sharp and bin the other letters..hoping they dont write again! Considering how serious this country is with their Tax revenue- I never got my head round why they never get this right!

Welldone every one,

please if someone says OUTSIDE MANCHESTER, SUCH AS LONDON, GLASGOW, SCOTLAND AND WALES, SHEFFIELD, LIVERPOOL, LEEDS,BRADFORD ETC.
Does the person means cities or towns in UK and England? Just trying to find out the remaining places the person meant.

Based on my research on Google. Here is what i got.
Cities in UK
https://simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_the_United_Kingdom

And

Cities and towns in England

https://simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_and_towns_in_England

Which means the cities in UK and cities and towns in England are the other places.

Am I right?
Depends on context.... the person might just be refering to places immediately outside Manchester itself not everywhere in England

Please note that we had visited this camp site a couple of days earlier and had reached an agreement with the host community, this is very important.

Host community again on a beach? Na wa o

So lets say Charles is visiting from Marseille he has to bring a bottle of schnapps for the host community for his few hours he'll like to walk the beach

My people I need help o. I don't know if I'm seeing correctly or maybe I need to refine my search.
Has anyone booked a return ticket to naija for the holidays?
The cheapest I'm seeing is 600k while half of that would take me to the US and back.
Elders and veterans in the house, is there something I'm not doing right?
its peak season...August, from mid december-early january and some other Holidays are red hot!

one of the reason I was hopelessly rooting for AirNigeria and na FlyNigeria airline..they are really milking us! I wonder what happened to AirPeace by now they should be flying to Europe and surely Arik should have sorted themselves out
not that I'll take these airlines in the first instance but they will provide some competiton for the established ones

There's really no heavy duty oooo, just a cabin luggage. I'll use the coach and purple line(shey purple line na bus or train?) ,the only thing Wey go pain me Na if I arrive at the same cost at the end of the day. Thanks a lot.

As for Oga Lexus, no be say I like pieces oooo, Na £ dey decide.
Metropolitan line aka purple line. Took the coach from Stansted to Stratford where i parked earlier this year about £10. You also need to be mindful what time you're landing as some tube service don't run past 1am

I need directions on how to get to Uxbridge from Stansted Airport possibly by bus\train. (I don't intend to go the taxi lane unless it's a last resort)
I could not get a cost effective flight to Heathrow hence Stansted. Pls help!!!
Considering the heavy duty load you might be travelling with your best option would be a cab

If you really really want to... there are coaches from stanstead to Liverpool street station then get the Purple line direct to Uxbridge

Well for a new graduate looking to study for a Masters that is the sort of research you will have to do really. I've read peoples testimony if you like about getting visa/scholarship based purely on information they've gathered on those rather long threads.

Good luck
